• Re: Sermon editor date problem

Thanks for the update. Does Logos have a target as to how quickly bugs are fixed? 6 months seems a long time for an issue such as this???

Hello? Could we please have an update on this issue? Even just confirmation that it is being worked on would be nice (although a fix would be even better ). Thanks, Michael

Hi Philana, Is there any update on this issue? I seem to have it as well (I reported it in a new thread before I knew this one existed: http://community.logos.com/forums/p/159356/954685.aspx#954685 ). One common factor seems to be non-US users (e.g. this discussion in a German forum: http://community.logos.com/forums/p/163512/968027.aspx#968027 ). Please

Yes, looks like the same problem. Thanks Graham. Logos people: happy to provide more information if you need it to troubleshoot. Blessings, Michael
Hi Michael In what format are you entering the date? Can you give an example?
Thanks Graham. I am entering in the default Australian format (dd/mm/yyyy). Example screenshot below: Entering date for the first time (note I have not manually entered the date in the "SoundFaith" field. That date was auto-generated

  • Bug: sermon editor not retaining occasion date

Hi, I emailed this to Logos bugs but never received a reply. I have done a search in the forums and can't find the issue mentioned so will post it here. When I prepare a sermon, I enter the preaching date in the "occasions" field, along with the venue name. While the venue name is retained, the date either disappears totally, or is changed to some random
I'm planning on putting this into motion today. I found at least one other resource that would benefit from this as well.
Thanks Kyle, that would be a great help and a reasonable compromise (I can understand that adjusting the data type would be problematic). Please keep us advised of your progress. Blessings,
This is because Apology of the Augsburg Confession itself has variations in how its numbered. For example, the McCain Readers Edition of the Book of Concord ( LUTHRNCONFSS) has continuous paragraph numbering between Articles 13 and 14 (i.e. Article 14 begins at paragraph 24). • Kolb & Wengert (Apology): paragraph number discrepancies

Hi All, We were studying the Book of Concord in class the other day and those of us using Logos hit a problem with paragraph numbers (compared with those using the hard copy version). As far as I know I have the latest resource (LLS:16.0.13; 2014-10-07T22:15:10Z; KLBCNCRD.logos4). An example: Article XIII has 23 paragraphs in the hard copy version.

  • Re: BUG:Spell Check stopped working in Notes

Thanks Alan, that appears to be the problem. It is defaulting to British English (en-gb). Is there a way of changing it to US English by default? At the moment the only way I appear to be able to change it is by selecting all the text in a note and selecting the option shown in your screenshot.

Hi Chris, When I first upgraded to Logos 6 the spellchecker was working, but now I am experiencing the same problem. I am using Logos 6.1.0.0016 on Windows 8.1. I followed your instructions and this is the result: As you can see I checked that the spellchecker was activated in the program settings. I also tried changing the setting to "no", restarting

Note, however, that when you have page #s displayed it will also display them inline (oval B).
Thanks. I was aware of this, but it can be inconvenient to have to scroll up/down to find the inline display (as Danny

I just used BDAG as an example. The same applies in e.g. commentaries, where the Bible reference will be shown in preference to the page number.

Hi George, Thanks for the quick reply. This would suit my needs if the page number always displayed in the reference bar, but this doesn't appear to be the case in Logos 6? Please try this: Open a resource which displays text rather than page numbers by default (maybe a dictionary?). In my case I am looking at BDAG, which by default shows the name of
