• Re: Finding Bible Paragraphs of the Bible

If this is a silly question I apologise - were the original manuscripts divided into the bigger chapters, or is this another thing added in translation? I've been wondering this for some time, as certain things seem to straddle chapter splits. And a further question is, if it is a translation addition, who decided how to break up the chapters (since

  • Re: Phone In Deals

Sorry Kevin, I think I misunderstood your original comment. Did you actually mean it sounded like they had a list of products on special phone-in offer? PS Any Brits, please don't be offended (not that you would, because stereotypically we are a thick-skinned and uncomplaining lot).

Guys, please please please don't keep bumping this thread. This forum isn't for theology and if I wanted to be surrounded by Christians arguing I'd have joined my church leadership team, not the Logos forum!

Are you trying to bump this thread, Pastor Jesse? EDIT: Not that I'm complaining, since I want this badly.

Also, even at $380 (normal retail price) to upgrade Silver > Gold, it's good value if you want the expensive resources such as: Lexham Hebrew-English interlinear (Logos price $99) New International Greek Testament Commentary ($599.95) United Bible Societies' OT and NT Handbook series ($799.35) I understand your frustration at the seemingly steep upgrade
The price difference between scholar's silver and gold on the Logos website is $323. This is without the current promotion of 15% off. I called Logos and the best they can offer for an upgrade from silver is $361 with academic discount. This is MORE than the difference in retail price!
That doesn't sound right. The normal

I'm in. While it's not exhaustive or modern it does look useful, especially as I'll be moving to India next year. $1.60 a volume (or roughly $11 per religion / philosophy covered) seems a bargain to me. And maybe it will fall lower.
This is confusing to navigate.
I agree! I was tipped off by other users about using 'Favorites' (in the Tools menu). You can create folders-within-folders (nested) in the Favourites menu and drag your notes into the folders.
