I'm not really surprised about the "Classic Commentaries
Some other books I'd recommend would be: Merrill's Kingdom of Priests: A History of Old Testament Israel Kaiser's A History of Israel
If you could only have one of the above, which would you choose?

I can't decide on which to buy of the following: 1) "A History of Israel: From the Bronze Age..." by Kaiser ( http://www.logos.com/product/7344/a-history-of-israel-from-the-bronze-age-through-the-jewish-wars) 2) "Kingdom of Priests" by Merrill ( http://www.logos.com/product/5349/kingdom-of-priests-a-history-of-old-testament-israel-2nd-ed) Does anyone

I would like Carson's 3 volume "The Love of God" collection, but I would also be thrilled if I could get Wright's "for everyone" study books for almost criminal prices. Unfortunately, knowing my luck, neither will be on there.
I'm actually not looking for high-level apologetics material as much as just trying to see where someone is coming from, and I'm not looking for a debating strategy.
You might try a free PDF that I found, entitled "What Is Islam?", written by a Muslim. I haven't read it yet, but from flicking through it looks like it would

  • How do I add a clipping from a printed resource?

I find clippings very useful for electronic content, but how do I add a clipping from (shock horror!) a printed resource? Quite a few books I use are not available electronically.

Never mind. I'll add the votes - it seems to be one of the top comments in the User Voice so maybe the light is gradually brightening? The trouble is that because Logos is such a versatile tool, it gets used for so many different things and everyone wants their own way of working to be prioritized in development. Maybe I could convince my boss to stop
the only way I can think of to group note files, is to use Favorites .
Thanks for that, it's really helpful. I'll use that until the grouping of notes becomes integrated. I work for a company who write software, so I do understand that they can't be "all things to all men". But I'd love a notebook function nevertheless!

  • How do I group my notefiles into notebooks (like OneNote)

Is this even possible? I tend to create multiple notefiles for one topic (for example, I'm leading the service next week and I have 6 notefiles for things such as possible songs, prayers, observations on the chosen passage). Am I going about it in completely the wrong way?

  • Re: Adam Clarke Commentary

The "Works of Adam Clarke" are on Community Pricing, currently at $100. From the graph it looks like we could easily chop that in half to $50, which means it would be $2 a volume. The link is www.logos.com/product/16526/the-works-of-adam-clarke

Definitely. How long do they give products before they give up and take them off CP?
If you thought Biblia was too cramped… why would you want to buy a netbook? Do you need to run the full version of Logos mobile? Have you thought about an iPad instead?
