Agreed. The SRP of the cheapest print edition should be the one used for comparison.
In at $20. I'm usually a ~$1 per 1 book/volume kind of guy when it comes to CP.
Who are we or The NEW American Commentary to judge? Each of these judges were personally chosen by God to perform a specific task that contributed towards ridding the Promised Land of God-haters. God chose Ehud because he was left-handed; He chose Samson because of his enormous strength. Each of these people put their life

I've wondered when they were going to add the final two volumes to a very good set. Thanks for the exposure. Price is fair. Although I have them, the other two OT volumes read the same price, though they are years older. I've placed my order.

Yeah, I mean the program scaling I guess. It changes the font for the entire program and not just resources. There doesn't seem to be any problem with the PC version. That's unfortunate that the Mac version can't be implemented. It would be a nice feature. As for my eyes, I give thanks for contacts. Lol.

I don't know if being able to change the font size in the resource panel on the PC version is a product of L5 or not, but I was wondering if anybody knows if there is a particular reason the same option isn't included on the Mac side? I really like this feature for being able to reduce the font so I can fit more on my screen. I'm sure others would find

Or you could create a Bibliography document containing your whole library.

I don't have Growl and Logos 5 seems to work fine... so I'd assume it's "safe" to quit the app.
Sorry, no. The searches are performed on the Logos servers.
Ah, I see. That's unfortunate. Thanks for the information.

Every time I try to look up a word using the iPhone app with Airplane mode on, my phone will only look up whatever word I highlight using an English dictionary instead of any of the Greek ones. I tried downloading some of the Greek dictionaries/lexicons and this didn't change anything. Is it possible to get the app to do a proper Bible Word Study look
http://www.logos.com/product/29979/the-holy-bible-new-international-version-anglicised Yes Classic NIV 1984 with British spelling. There might be the odd word which is substituted. i.e we Brits don't use the word rooster. You will hardly notice the difference. P A
That's good news! Thanks for the info! Lol at the bold.
A cheaper option would be... The NIV 1984 (Anglicised) http://www.logos.com/product/29979/the-holy-bible-new-international-version-anglicised P A
Is this version really the classic NIV84, just with British spellings of certain words? I, too, have been looking for the NIV84 and certainly wouldn't mind dealing with spelling

4gb of RAM isn't bad. But if you can spare the few extra dollars to upgrade, it's worth it. Extra RAM is one of the best computer upgrades a person can do. It's very cheap and you get a lot of benefit. Though that amount will depend on how much you like to multitask or use intense programs like Logos... even with 16gb of RAM Logos's indexing can bring

How much RAM do you have?

In 5.0b Logos added that feature. It's displaying your "active layout." Open the layout tab and click "close active layout" if you want it gone. It will reappear if you open a new layout however (and it will display that layout's title). This feature allows for easier updates to the current layout. Just click "update active" on the current snapshot

Interesting. Thanks.

If you don't mind me asking, George, why don't you like interlinears? (I don't really know much about them, nor have I used them much.)
I've tried the Director of Sales. He can do a lot, but not that it seems. So it would take a policy change by Dan or Bob.
Dern. That's unfortunate.
One way is to turn off wi-fi...internet...3G...4G all ways to connect to the internet. Then open the iOS app and you can see what you have downloaded and delete what you need to Then turn internet connections back on. Have any of you non-academic discount people tried calling and persuading to get the BL package? Seems like if you called and told them you would not buy a L5 base package except for the BL maybe they might reconsider for you "personally". Then again, maybe not. Just a thought since I don't think anyone in this thread had mentioned calling yet (unless
