This would be welcome:
The Septuagint Commentary A recent Brill series [...] on I-II Esdras.
I've requested something like this 5 weeks ago: http://community.logos.com/forums/p/48471/359282.aspx#359282

http://www.christianforums.com/t7667070/ Thomas Finger: A Contemporary Anabaptist Theology. That's a link to where You can discuss it, and there's a link to the Logos -item.

Yeah, that's impossible to do over here, I've looked it up.
I just sell them through Amazon.com as a used seller.
That's big news! I hope those negotiations with Logos succeed

Interesting!
As I understand it, broad support now exists for the proposal that the essenes may have altered the massorete texts.
To various degrees! Some of the changes coming from the DSS have started to be implemented only at a late stage. And many Bible versions rely mainly on the 1977 Biblia Hebraica Stuttgartiensis and

Normal 0 21 false false false SV X-NONE X-NONE As I saw the other day that Word is cheaper for Mac than for Windows, I started to think of Mac as an alternative: soon I will have no computer. I would like purchase, when I afford to during the autumn, a computer at a low price for taking notes during sermons, which lasts long and can be upgraded to L5

I'm thinking of getting the Ep and 2 Cor 1-7 ($110) -volumes (I have no commentaries on those books/parts-of-books). I'm probably buying them with Logos, and they are not very cheap as printed matter (printed would not be an option as I would be unable to look up things). Someone is asking for opinions on the Ep -volume in: http://forums.catholic.com

It seems like if a computer is worn & doesn't have Word or LibreOffice installed, that the cheapest thing to do is to change the HDD to a new one with 7200 rpm! Here's an example of a desktop computer: http://www.blocket.se/uppsala/Mac_mini_1_1_2_0GHz_41450015.htm?ca=11&w=3 Specs: Mac mini 1.1 CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo 2.0 GHz (meets Logos official recommended

But isnt MacOS 10.5 a 32-bit operative-system? So it takes half as much RAM.
so a RAM upgrade to 4 GB should noticeably improve Logos 4 Mac performance.
Here's an ad with a reasonably priced laptop: http://www.blocket.se/stockholm/Macbook_Pro_13_tum_2_4_GHz_Intel_Core_2_Duo_41642020.htm?ca=11&w=2 Specs: MacBook

I'm not going to buy Tremper Longman in Baker. What I'm looking forward to is Job by Michael Coogan in Hermeneia.

New Testament Studies Bundle, M (11 vols.)

OK I edited the URL now (had originally copied it from my Wish list). My price is quite high even though I have base-packages. The question is not so much about the price. If the books are not critical it would be a total waste of money. Later on I will have to buy some books for college, and probably none of the NT bundles (not even the bigger ones

Which titles in Large are You referring to that would be good? My price for Large is $69 higher than for Medium.
If you can squeeze in the extra 25.00, I would go for the large one.
I edited my above 12:23 AM post and added some text. Well, I mentioned that I already have Hermeneia, which is sceptical and Jewish. What I suspect is simply that the Logos product by Barry would be a too big leap from what I've read so far.
Honestly...consider what you are saying: I don't want to consider what this guy is saying

Together with the pre-pub orders which I will most likely not cancel and ongoing Community-pricing collection bids, I've invested $2,601. It's ~880 unhidden resources, of which more than 181 volumes of commentaries I don't use. So totally, the resources I might use that are unhidden, have cost me ~ $4 a volume. Now, I'm not a pastor and not studying

I don't have physical storage space problems. I have a large apartment for a poor person, and I live alone. But my buddy (who used to be my girlfriend but now doesn't love me anymore, I'm going to wait for her though and see if the relationship becomes well again) complains about my high rent. It's a real tenancy agreement though. I have 4 duplicates

The university town at the end of the commuter train line (away from the city), MIGHT have it (although I doubt), but I would have to be some kind of student in that city to borrow it, which I'm not yet. Taking photocopies of it would then be possible but would feel dishonest and would actually cost quite a bit. Maybe I should buy the ICC volume. It
-
No, not $130. The same copy of the ICC volume is listed on Amazon.com by the same seller as the link to abebooks.co.uk I gave, for less. The copy is in the UK. even though it's Amazon.com. It's $115.63 including postage. It would cover more chapters than the John D. Barry volume by Logos Bible Software 2010, so that would add to the ICC volume's value

John - Beloved Disciple , by Robert L. Reymond, is not critical. People of the Spirit : Exploring Luke's View of the Church , by Graham H. Twelftree, analyzes both Lk and Acts, which is a strange combination IMO. ... so it doesn't look good. What about the remaining items in Small? New Testament Text and Language: A Sheffield Reader (Biblical Seminar

I have OLL, so I have some lexicons and vocabulary books. I've also bought one book that teaches Gk really cheap on pre-pub, it's from 2012 and it was really good value for money. I'm learning Gk on my own, and later on classical Gk in Uni, and after 1½ years of full time studies of Theology (perhaps I'll read part-time) I'll be taking Biblical Gk classes
