I've got an author-contract, everything is included including marketing, in addition to that I'm taking a social media marketing class which still lasts more than ½ a Year more. There's still Years to author the book. I've considered ways to find a co-author. Now, what I'm offering is a position I can offer privately. We can figure out a compensation

Discontinue the Portfolio -levels of Libraries. Why? The push seems to be towards offering this level for most of the denominational lines and the standard line. There must be a limited number outright purchases of this level of a very broad bundle and they seem to be so broad that I think other, more specific or discounted bundles should suffice for

I just found this critical introduction to the Old Testament, and it's on a sale right now for $24.74 so I bought it right away: https://vyrso.com/product/39068/a-theological-introduction-to-the-old-testament I t's from 2005 and seems to me like it would work in similar fashion to commentaries - in the way I've asked in the title and at the beginning

Previously mentioned NIGTC volume: Even though I haven't bolded it as I think it depends on if it work really well in Your study environment, I have now dublicated the NIGTC Colossians and Philemon -volume by Dunn in a swap getting used Bible Study software books. Disclaimer: (During that sale, who's become my ex -girlfriend (a 19 Year old girl whom

I'm in favour of the kind of features and books Denise is suggesting! I was just thinking today and yesterday I wanna include such things in the book I'm authoring and for which I'm searching for a co-author! :-) But I aim for a release date far away in the future, at A-company forums You can see from my profile what Year that would be. From my Monday

I've since added: WBC: GJn by Beasley-Murray, 2nd Edition NIGTC: Mt by John Nolland, Colossians and Philemon by James D. G. Dunn Regarding OliveTree resources: There's a coupon-code which expires in 34 hours from now, which gives 10% off on most prices, also on top of many sale prices, i.e. it expires in the turn of the Year, the time-zone is GMT -8h

I'd be very grateful and owe You one, if someone starts giving me recommendations ! You can contact me here by private message and then on Facebook so that I can return the favour. At the same time, this whole thread functions as my recommendations regarding commentaries . Note that I recommend several more commentaries besides the ones I've marked

1) I would feel better about spending if I would feel like there's interest for and possibilities that more non-biblical databases would be released. I might commit more to Logos Now. 2) I would also like to see a mode when searching collections, where it would be possible for results to be highlighted or categorized, I would like to have favourite

I have an ad up now in the Logos Resales Facebook group, searching to buy two denominational version 5 base-packages, Silver-level, for example Reformed: https://www.facebook.com/groups/548061461941184/ (it would be for a co-author or for future wife). There are quite a lot of commentaries that I have that I didn't mark as recommended that I wouldn

The head start to using more algorithms and some interface improvement have been the benefit of being a loyal subscriber, so far. (Online-only -access databases are usually of very very little value to me.) I was under the false impression that I'd get savings by subscribing long before a possible major version release. Now everyone, even those who

Oh, and I have: Rod Mattoon's Treasures from the Scriptures Bundle - 51 Volumes . (It didn't yet show up in my order history (under WS) since it's on a payment plan together with the Complete Biblical Library, so that's why I forgot to list it.) Additionally I have: New International Commentary: The book of Isaiah by Edward J. Young (1st series), A

I understand Your approach, Steve , but for certain parts of books of the Bible, and at certain moments, it's too much to use three commentaries for one part part of the Bible, when wanting to read commentaries almost cover to cover (perhaps not reading all of the introduction if having a better introduction in some other commentary or separately).

I'm looking at a series from which I have only one volume (Psalms-Proverbs by Futato and Schwabb, Sr., in WS): Cornerstone (and looked a little bit at both TOTC and New Century Bible Commentary and remembered a Abingdon Old Testament Commentary -volume I have): Regarding the Octateuch: I don't think I need the Cornerstone volumes, for example regarding

I encountered a couple of challenges when wanting to evaluate it: Geographical, and that my first SSD wore down just when I would have had the chance. It's been quite a while since I read from any volume in that series so I can't say I remember too much. Not always critical enough and I've been avoiding authors such as Thomas Schreiner. There are many

The title makes it sound like I demand the best - almost like a contradiction. Because I imply owning one or two electronic Bible Study software licenses of commentary volumes as well as a print volumes in order to be able to read together with someone and/or have access everywhere in all situations. But to explain what my actual question is: If I want

And WORDsearch does let You transfer a license: But with the major caveat that You may only transfer an entire account to someone (the receiver may receive accounts from multiple persons though). If someone has a WORDsearch account to sell me, I'm always ready![quote user="alabama24"]Can you name any other company that will let you "transfer licenses

Take Your time, then, to do all the coding and introducing of features! I don't want to start any speculation by this nor do I know anything at all about the progress, but I for one, won't be disappointed at all about delays in the release of this major version. I understand that some without a crossgrade, high-enough base-package, or Logos Now/Verbum

Hi, Joseph ! Large parts of the book will be academic, I will also be writing about life choices and choices regarding consumption, plus history, reading lists and perhaps chapter or verse-level English Bible version recommendations (if I deem it neutral enough vis-á-vis the readers when it comes to the English language will also include the order of

I would like to have the manual published in print sometime during July 2016 (when my Logos Now Annual Subscription ends) through September 2016 (before version 7 ships), it should include everything in the L6 Feature Crossgrade and Logos Now up until publication and it should list and present all databases and commands: i.e. what kind of searches You
