Thanks for your answer. That is close enough enough to what I am looking for. Alternatively, I found another way which answers my need: Go to the Bible passage (ex: Mt 5), and then look for the Notes icon one by one.

Hi, Is there a way to search the Notes Anchor ? Ex: I'd like to search all the notes that are anchored to any of Matthew 5. I'd expect something like the use of a search tag, like "anchor:Mt 5" Thanks

Hi Don Turn off Wifi on your iPad. This is done quickly now with iOS 7's Control Center Laurent

Hi Deon, One easy way is in your Desktop Logos software (Mac or PC) to add your 2 favourite translations in the list of Favourites. Then we will find your two favourite translations in the favourites of your iPad

Pages is wonderful on the iPad as it is connected to the cloud. Whatever you write on Pages is synchronized with the cloud, so you can access those documents on any other computer (Pages if you have a Mac, or iCloud.com if you have a PC). I find that iPad Air + Macbook work seemlessly together. Also, iMindmap is a good mindmap tool to use on the iPad

Yes Graham, That is correct. I was referring to Dave's post.

Some latest comments on the iPad: I have taken the week-end to make further comparisons with other devices (iPad 2, Nexus 7, and Galaxy Note 2), and doing some stress test on the iPad Aire while using Logos. Actually the iPad Air is much faster than on any other device. So I owe an apologize to the iPad Air. What my complaint is solely on the user interface

Thanks for the reply Dave. You give me hope for the future.

Although I have been an Android user for years, but I have occasionally borrowed family members' iPad 2 for comparison, especially to evaluate whether to buy the iPad Air or not. I attributed the slowness of Logos on iPad 2 due to the hardware (iPad 2 is much worse than on Android as the hardware is outdated compared to an Nexus 7 for instance). In

The iPad Air is supposedly 8 times faster than the iPad 2, but I do not see much difference between Logos on these two iPads.

Hi Graham, Well this is very frustrating for I really need to read those books I am trying to open to do research my DMin paper. I am using the home ADSL connection, which without being fast, is not so slow either. Laurent

Yes, I work with downloaded books. But if I take the highlighting function, it is very slow, with each window appearing slowly. ell not that slow, but it is not instantaneous. I have to wait for the each window to slide, and this is what I call slow. I mean that I do not see much difference from a low end tablet (iPad 2) and a top of the class iPad

Hi Graham. What a quick response. Actually I am also having the same problem on my Galaxy Note 2, which uses Android 4.1 Cannot open Pink's Divine Covenant either online, and cannot download it either, on both iPad Air (Logos app version 3.5.0.2195) and Galaxy Note (Logos app version 2.6.7) Actually I get 2 different errors when trying to open or download

Hi I would like to know why the Logos app is so slow on tablets: android and iPad Air I am a very heavy user of Logos, and own a huge library. I have used many Android tablets over the year, with the latest one being the Asus Transformer TF 300 and the Nexus 7 and Galaxy Note 2. Being also a tech guy, I find the Logos app to be so slow. Each click needs

Hi There a many books that my iPad Air cannot download, nor open. The message is: could not load . This is a blocking bug. Examples of book: Pink's Divine Covenants

I just got the iPad Air especially to run Logos and have been using it for almost a week. I am coming from Android world (Asus Transformer TF300 + Nexus 7 + Galaxy note 2). It is to be noted that the iPad Air is first iPad, or Apple product. Well, I am not at all convinced by Logos on the iPad Air. I expected so much from such a speed monster, but in

Hi, May I suggest that Logos add the Tree of Life Bible Version. website: http://www.treeoflifebible.org/ It is a Messianic Jews' translation, and I really love because it shows the closeness between the NT and the OT. They have translated the NT and the Psalms so far. Blessings, Laurent
