I already have it in print. :) I absolutely love my Logos 6, but I still like to read some books the "old" way - and this is one of them. I was just interested in learning that I could actually import some old classics I've downloaded over the years. I know what I'm doing for the next few weeks! ;)

Thanks so much for your prompt reply. I fully understand about the need to ensure local laws are complied with. I am in Canada. This means then, I assume, that the PDFs and other e-Books I have downloaded from places that make public domain classic titles available (e.g. Project Gutenburg, Internet Archives, Christian Classics Ethereal Library) can

Are we really able to import Kindle books (or other purchased e-books into Logos via Personal Books?

I've had my Galaxy Note 2 for just over a month. I still believe BB's texting, messaging and email is superior, but I have come to love the larger screen. And, of course, I can now use Logos on my phone - bonus! I'm slowly getting accustomed to texting on a touch screen, however, the NOTE 2 has the stylus which is an very nice feature. Two of my children

Yes, with some 80 million BB users worldwide, I'm sure more than a few would like to access the rich resources of Logos via a BB app.

  • Re: Logos 5 won't display properly on my 2nd monitor

OK, I did update my drivers from displaylink.com and everything is back to normal! :) Thank you so much for taking the time to look into my problem. I love using LOGOS and was feeling pretty bummed out when I could not use the 2nd monitor! Blessings!

I have a USB cable running to a Kensington Hub through which my laptop connects with my printer, 2nd monitor, and network. It has worked perfectly for 3 years until a couple of times recently when doing a Windows Update (done automatically). As far as I can tell, each of those update included an update related to Internet Explorer.

Further, I can pull any other program I open over to the 2nd monitor and those programs (screens) seem to be fine.

  • Re: Logos 5 won't display properly on my 2nd monitor

The program opens fully (i.e. a full screen) on my primary monitor (my laptop), but when I try to pull that fully opened screen over to the 2nd monitor, I get a partial picture and that monitor freezes. I had it happen once previously and restored my system to an earlier date. That solved the problem. In both cases, I think Internet Explorer 10 was

  • Logos 5 won't display properly on my 2nd monitor

Yesterday, when I closed down my laptop, Windows updated (Windows 7 Profession - 32bit). Now, this morning, Logos 5 will not display properly in my 2nd monitor. Is anyone else experiencing this? Any suggestions on what to do?

  • Re: Running the Android App on Blackberry Z10

Everett, Thanks for your comments regarding Blackberry vs Android & Apple. I've only had Blackberry smartphones - their texting, messaging and email is superior to the other systems in my view. But one of the biggest draws for me is that Blackberry is by far the most efficient in its use of data. If they had a Logos App, I wouldn't even consider purchasing

  • Running the Android App on Blackberry Z10

Can anyone tell me if the Logos5 Android App can be run on a Blackberry Z10? I'm ready to purchase a new phone (my 1st choice is the Blackberry Z10) and I've heard that there is an app for Blackberry 10 that will enable me to run Android apps. If so, has anyone here had success in doing this?

  • Re: Blackberry10 App

Thanks for the link to the BB10 potential of running Android Apps. I looked at it and saw that the item was from January 2012, and a year later RIM has not said much about an Android Player for the BB10 platform. Hopefully it is still in the works - it would certainly make BB10 more attractive in that it's security features, coupled with access to the

You are likely correct in saying that there is not likely anything coming soon whatever happens with Blackberry10.

  • Blackberry10 App

Now that RIM is about to launch its new Blackberry10 operating system with a full touchscreen phone as well as an enlarged-screen QWERTY model, and given that 80 million people use BB, does LOGOS have any plans to create an App for this system?

Thanks for the link/lead, Richard. I'm still learning how to use all this "power" at my finger tips!

  • Re: PBB - Are my books available to others?

Thanks, Mark. My concern is not that I wish to upload and/or share (whether to sell or give away), but simply to know that my Personal Books remain that way - personal and accessible only on my computer.

  • PBB - Are my books available to others?

This may well be answered somewhere, and if so, I apologize for cluttering the forum. However, my question is simply this: If I create a Personal Book in my Logos 4, is it uploaded (or stored) on the Logos servers? I guess what I'm trying to figure out is how my package relates to the Logos servers. Is my particular configuration stored online, or just

  • Re: Louw-Nida disappeared in the Reverse Interlinear!

Thanks, guys. I looked at your screen shots, messed around with my program and Louw-Nida seems to have reappeared. I don't really know how I did it, but I had the ESV Reverse Interlinear open and placed my cursor on the line separating Strong's Numbers from the actual numbers themselves, clicked and Louw-Nida came back! Can't explain it, but I did get
