To be on the safe side now, under $16 bidders raise your bid to $16 and you have nothing to worry about Friday noon - http://www.logos.com/communitypricing/details/2141
Correct. Assuming you're happy to pay $16 then go ahead - the most you will pay is $16. Understand however that the CP graph counts your bid at every

Wasn't / isn't there a funny bug that means if you make a selection of text - even if you then select reference it still just puts the note in as a selection?

Getting back to the original question :)
I have an e-book collection from my SONY e-reader and was thinking over lunch time how nice it would be to import those into LOGOS to keep all my "ministry" books together.
Wait a minute, now you are making illogical arguments. First of all, any user is entitled by law to make a BACKUP of the content he/she purchased. That is copy #1. Also, many e-books, MP3 files, etc. can be installed on a number of devices a user owns (sometimes 5, 6 or even more). That is copies #2-6... Also, that includes

  • New Testament For English Readers - reaches 100% in CP

New Testament For English Readers - http://www.logos.com/communitypricing/details/2141 has reached enough bids at $16 to go into production. If you have already bid on this title you should receive an email telling you this and if you currently have a bid BELOW $16 you have until Friday to raise it. Based on my previous Community Pricing report - http
I did not know you could add your own material
THere is a "Add Blank Item" option One thing I do too - is leave the title field blank and either just use the tiel in the actual excerpt or create my own - this seems to tightened up the layout better. On the word search - yeah, I don't think anyones going to argue in

  • Re: AAnyone using handouts?

You were asking about whether or not the handouts were effective? Like most things the benefit gained by individual from a resource is determined somewhat by their own initiative. One thing I've noticed is that having some commentary excerpts has helped prompt comment from people who tend to normally be on the quieter side - it also gives early arrivals

  • Re: AAnyone using handouts?

I do - but it's fairly basic in the layout functionality it offers and it seems to suggest fairly random things to include in the handout. Generally, I include the passage that we're looking at (obviously), some of the more stronger cross references and maybe 1 or 2 commentary excerpts particularly if there is one with some strong suggestions for application

  • Re: If I had a million dollars (to grow Logos Bible Software)...

I can appreciate that for the most part the cost involved in obtaining something is directly connected to how much "value" a person places on it - so some how you've got to change the value proposition to more than just - here is a different way to look at some text on a screen. If that is all I considered Logos to be (effectively a glorified pdf reader

  • Re: Aquinas' Catena Aurea

Unfortunately, the highest point is actually only 40% but your basic logic still stands. Actually, the situation is actually a little improved - it would only take everyone who has already bid to increase to $36 (if they have bid under this amount) for it to get to 100% - that's without taking into account anyone you can convince to bid who hasn't already

No tool. But there is a book (if you have Platinum or higher - "Scripture Memory Made Easy" - I've put it to some use although I've modified it a little. I've read this a couple of times because originally I was thinking - oh you just put that layout in the shortcut bar - actually that might at least speed up your current manual process (if you it allows you to right click on your sync shortcut and select the update option) - I'm not using the beta so I don't know if it will do that. But after reading

By my interpretation, short answer to your particular question would be "yes... probably" If I was in your situation the sticky point would be the intention, primary, secondary or otherwise was to load it on that other machine in order

There also seems to be an issue in that even when I have excerpts switched off - it still shows some. For instance, are images considered excerpts? It also looks like , even when I check certain boxes (for instance - Logos Blog) that it is not displaying any of that content.

Thanks for the feedback. I didn't really state it in the original post but you've got the right attitude in that, regardless of what my mathematical formula says, ultimately you want to just bid how much YOU are prepared to pay for that particular resource - the idea being that there is a direct correlation between it's value to you and the amount you
