Hello Tim, When you uninstall Proclaim, could you also delete the Proclaim folder you see in the following location?: C:\Users\[your user id]\AppData\Local You may have to turn "show invisible folders" on to navigate to that directory; you can do this by going to Control Panel > Folder Options and, in the "View" tab, check the radio button for "Show

It is not very important whether or not you leave Proclaim open or close it: the key thing is not to close Proclaim, then restart it, and THEN collect the logs.

Hello Jordan, Are you able to reproduce this problem? Can you tell us more about what happened when the app crashed? Were you On Air with a presentation, were you playing a video, anything you can remember? Also, when you see something like this, could you please provide us with the FULL logs? This looks like it is only one of the logs. Additionally

Hello FBC, A couple of things. Firstly, which version of Powerpoint do you have installed on this machine? Secondly, one thing to note is that the Proclaim.log resets each time you re-open Proclaim. In order for the logs to be most helpful to us, could you start Proclaim, attempt to run the Powerpoint, and then post the resulting Proclaim.log for us

This crash is due to the following bug: If you add a piece of local file media on Mac which has characters in its path which are legal on Mac, but NOT legal on Windows (" | etc), the app will crash any time that file appears; for example, in the "Reuse Items" menu when you click the "Add Items" menu. We have included a fix for this issue in the next

Hello Robert. Proclaim will remember your licenses, but it would appear that your license expired recently and, after a grace period, Proclaim doesn't know that you have purchased a new license for your group. You will need to get this computer connected to the internet so Proclaim can verify that you have a new license for your group that will allow

George, I wonder if you could give me some additional information. You say Proclaim has been crashing a lot "lately": could you be a little more specific? The past few days? The past few weeks? Can you give a rough date as to when this behavior started? Do you use Proclaim on more than one platform/computer? If so, do you experience the "random crashing

Joni, I'm not 100% clear on precisely what you're asking, but it sounds like you want to have an account for each of the entities you mention. Each of those accounts could be members of a single group (the group for your church), and that way they would all have that group's license and be able to present without watermarks. At the same time, since

Robert and Shannon, Could you tell me a little more about your setup that you are presenting from? Which OS? Do you use a projector, or an additional monitor? Are you using the multiple monitors, or a single monitor only? Do you only see this issue on your presenting machine or do you see it on other machines as well? Is there any way you could provide

Joni, this was related to some intermittent server issues we experienced. Todd, I have replied to your other post.

Hello Todd, you can find instructions on where to locate and how to post your logs here: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/39446.aspx Note that the Proclaim.log resets each time you restart Proclaim, which means that if you've restarted Proclaim since this incident occurred we may not have the full information necessary to diagnose the issue. However

Jerry, we did experience some intermittent server issues, but you should be able to successfully control the presentation using the Proclaim Remote again.

We do not currently have a manual for Proclaim, though we are working on getting some more thorough documentation onto the website. In the meantime, check out this forum thread, where users have made some suggestions of places to look for further information: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/65756.aspx

We have been experiencing some intermittent server problems, which may have contributed to difficulties in controlling the presentation with the iPad. One other thing: did you open the "On Air" presentation from the "Open" menu and tap the "Control" button? The app will automatically load the current On Air presentation, but it will not control the

James, are you still having difficulty launching Proclaim? It's possible the download got corrupted somehow, you may want to try uninstalling it and then re-downloading and installing. Let us know if you continue to experience difficulty.

Gateway Church, have you checked out the list of tips in this forum thread? http://community.logos.com/forums/t/54350.aspx One problem we sometimes see for users is that the location doesn't quite match between the mobile device and the Google map in Proclaim: you may want to verify that the "pin locator" for each matches up. Sometimes Google Maps can

Hello David. Are you importing it via the accounts menu (in the upper right)? It may take a minute or two for the song to appear in your library from when you initially upload it. If you are still having difficulty, please provide some more detailed steps as to exactly how you are importing these songs. Thank you.
