Hi Clifton. Could you please attach your log files? You can find instructions on where to find them and how to post them here: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/39446.aspx

One more thing Michael, if you are encountering error messages or other difficulties, it is very helpful to us if you can post your log files, as described here: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/39446.aspx

Unfortunately, due to licensing issues, we are no longer able to continue showing the NIV84 in Proclaim. This change occurred in Proclaim in September 2012. There is some background here: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/55061.aspx

Michael, please see my post above addressing regarding the server issues and our corresponding internal changes, which should have improved Sunday morning performance for you over the past couple of Sundays. If you are still experiencing difficulty, please provide more details and information. Thank you.

That is by design. For Planning Center Imports, we pull the outline, text for content service items, notes, and songs over. However, we don't pull any media. The purpose of the Planning Center import functionality is to import the basic outline and content into Proclaim.

Jeremy, I believe you've already viewed this forum thread: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/47118.aspx You want to create a Web Page service item, and enter your YouTube URL in the "URL" field. There are various formats you can use for the URL to play it full screen or autoplay, which you can find in the above mentioned forum post.

If you delete a presentation, the idea is that you no longer want that presentation or the items contained in it, so they will be removed from the "Reuse Items" list. Additionally, it's too late now, but for future reference: you can easily switch any existing presentation from 4:3 to 16:9 and back again by changing the aspect ratio in the upper toolbar

When you say "sermon notes", what sort of document are you describing? Several documents and guides in Logos have the ability to "Send to Proclaim" or "Copy to Proclaim" (for example: individual Thematic Outlines in the Sermon Starter Guide).

Hi Gary. A couple of things to check here: 1) Does the location your iPad says it is at match the location on the map in Proclaim? We have seen users get slightly differing locations, particularly in very remote areas where Google Maps tends to get confused. You can check this by checking the location of the pin in Proclaim on the map in the location

I will send you an email, Anthony.

Essentially, if you are importing via the "Import songs" dialog on the account menu, the format will be dictated by the media program you are exporting from and will include, among other strictly formatted items, a CCLI number on the file. It sounds like you probably do not have this. What you can do is import your songs via the "File" link on a Song

Create a new account for the church (you can easily do this by signing out of Proclaim and choosing "Create a New Account" on the resulting sign-in screen). Then, using that account, join the presentation group for which you have purchased the On-Air License. Licenses are associated with groups rather than individuals, so once the church account has

That's correct. Proclaim Remote (and other computers) won't know about any media that hasn't been uploaded and synced.

Patrick, I have followed up with you via email.
1. The Preferences option in the Proclaim menu is greyed out and cannot be selected... Why?
That menu item is an artifact of the Mac operating system. There is not a Preferences menu in Proclaim in that sense; all of your Preferences are available via the menus in the Proclaim UI. [quote user="William Rodriguez

If you only have one monitor, and your monitor is what is being displayed on to the projector, this is not possible. We do have multi-monitor support, where you could have the application screen in one monitor and the slides in another, but this only works if you actually have more than one monitor instead of having your current monitor projected somewhere

Anthony, I have followed up with you via email.

Nick, which version of Windows Media Player do you have installed on your XP machine? On my version of WMP, you can right click the toolbar, then select Help > About Windows Media Player, and you'll see the version number in the resulting pop-up.

Greg, we are still looking into getting this issue of not being able to fully log out of your PCO account within Proclaim resolved. In the meantime, here is a workaround: in your internet browser (IE, Safari, whatever you use), go in and delete your cookies. This is typically something found under "Preferences". On Safari, for instance, you can find

This issue has been fixed in the next update.
