    Hello Mike, I apologize for the trouble. I'd be glad to look into this for you. Are you referring to the "Read Aloud" (Command+R) function in Logos resources or are you using a 3rd party screen reader? Is this not working in any particular resources?

    Hey David, I think I just found the "bug". If you type Psalm 119 : (Book Chapter Colon) Logos expects you to enter a verse. Pressing tab out of the reference box with an invalid reference (because of the colon) will clear the reference box and fade out the insert button. Is that possibly what you were running into? I thought I saw the : in your screenshot

    Hey Everyone, I apologize for the difficulty. We've seen a few of these come through the support line and they threw us for a bit of a loop, but it appears AMD is aware of the problem. They seem to own this (display related) DLL, and their support crew should be able to get it sorted out for you by somehow uninstalling and re-installing certain drivers

    Hello Larry, I apologize for the difficulty. I've tested this by dragging a layout from both the history and the named layouts section, but I cannot duplicate this behavior. It might be possibly that your shortcut is pointing to an old copy of a layout you re-saved by saving a layout under the same name, instead of updating it from the snapshot. This

    Thanks Jeff, I've been pouring over the logs and we seem to be getting an error processing a citation field. I'm concerned this field may be incorrect or missing from a particular resource, but it doesn't show which it might be. Would you mind retrying your Bibliography without your Personal Books? If we can rule those out, we can begin examining Logos

This appears to be occurring as soon as the Print/Export window opens (Not while clicking an export file type). Is this correct? 2.) If this isn't a terribly long Bibliography, can you reply with what books you're exporting citations for? 2A

There is no known bug in the export tool, but we would be glad to look into your specific crash. It would be best if you could send me a Logos Log File to troubleshoot this problem.     Glad to hear it, Brian. TC is opening in the lower-right corner whenever we search from the home page, so it may have worked its way into some previous layouts if they started from the home page. Development tells me there's a chance my fix suggestion to prevent this might make its way into an eventual 5.2 release, but we don't have an ETA on that yet

    Hey Kevin, I haven't encountered this before, but it looks like Development is aware of this happening in some cases and they are at work to resolve it in a future update. It may be inter-connected with some other features, so this might take a few updates to roll out. I wasn't given any ETA.
