I too have been and am a loyal customer. I go all the way back to the CD Word from Dallas Theo. Sem. Every time Logos has introduced new versions, I have eagerly upgraded. So too did I with L4. I spoke with people at Logos before purchasing to make sure that it would work on my VMware Fusion partition on my MAC. They assured me that it would. (At that

Thank you all for your input. Now that the cool evening has arrived, I'm more mellow about L4. The doubling was what one of the tech people told me. However, I called back and we actually looked at the resources folder and the indexing folder. The ratio was about 1:4 Where the indexing folder was about 1/4th the size of the resources folder. I'm going

I've got good news. I too had a problem with L4 reading the Greek Text. It would read english books, but not the greek. I tried everything working with Tech Service. This included reloading the greek resources. Nothing worked, until my Logos Angel had me send her a report from the program. Here is the problem. If you're running Windows XP you must make

I too am having no joy in getting my L4 to read the New Testament Greek. Today, I spend a delightful afternoon with a most helpful tech. We tried a number of things including erasing some files and forcing L4 to download my library again. I re-downloaded 11.8 gigs, enduring with much longsuffering the indexing only to have total silence when I hit ctrl

Thank you for your comments and thoughts. I already determined that I needed to keep L3 for the Greek Audio NT function. But of course, I'm a technoGeek and want to have what I know exists. And it doesn't help that my friend in Columbus to whom I showed L4 and who has the exact same computer configuration as do I is enjoying his L4 with the Greek Audio

Greetings, I love my Logos 4, but I am trying to use my laptop in a media way and don't need my Logos 4 on it any longer. How do I remove it on that computer only. Please help. Feel free to send me an email if that works faster. My email address is technorevcf@gmail.com Thank you so much

Greetings, I have L5 at the Platinum level that includes Knowing God. However, when I try to access my book on my IPad it doesn't show up. Is there anyone that knows when Knowing God will be available on the IPad? If so, please let me know. Thank you so much Yours because of Calvary The TechnoRev

Thank you all so much. You're solutions saved my marriage (just kidding). Seriously, the answer did reduce some anxiety. So much to learn about this awesome program. Thanks again.

My precious wife, on her computer with L5 is doing a research paper for school. She was using the NASB version and clicked on something. Now where the English text was there is Greek with parsing codes, lexical forms, etc. in the body of the text. I am not talking about the icon you can click and show the same at the bottom of a Bible text window like

All Hail the Power of Jesus' name let angels prostrate fall. That is my worship moment upon hearing this news. I am grateful. As, I've been calling my ministry friends and asking them to log on and purchase in advance. I'm excited to hear that progress is being made. If there is anything we can do to help, please call on us. Thanks again.

I wish I did work for Logos. I've been with them since they purchased CD Word from Hampton Keathley. I have owned every iteration of Logos since then. I'm a portfolio user and love the program. Thanks for putting your order in. If by chance you are not familiar with D.A. Carson's works, there is already a plethora of his material in the Logos library

Thank you for writing Kelvin. Without question Logos is my go to software for everything Bible. Of course, I use L5 for all my seminary classes study as well as all my preparations for ministry at the church I pastor and for my itinerant ministry. In Houston, I meet every month with a group of Pastors, Bishops and ministers to teach them how to use

I've been waiting for months for the release of the D.A. Carson Sermon Collection. However, today, I was informed by my sales person at Logos that the collection has been retired for lack of interest. How could this be??????? Thee preeminent scholar, preacher, and theologian of our time, and we retired the project? How could this be? Where are the Logos

Thank you. I'd tried changing all the types. It wasn't until I got your screen grab that I tried changing subject. Strangely, I had Biblical Studies and Biblical Events checked. In that setting, I could see David, Samuel, Eli and Jonathan, but no Saul. It wasn't until I checked General Interest that Saul appeared. Strange huh? Why wouldn't Saul appear

Thank you for responding, but I found the answer (and I learned to pray - smile). It was Eph 2:11. But, again, I was fortunate to find the answer. It wasn't as difficult as I'd imagined. Thanks for your help. Technorev

Thank you. The ὅτι to which I refer is verse 11. Now, I'm still in learning mode, but in both my ESV interlinear and the NA28 mouse over parses ὅτι as a conjunction substantival content. I'm always eager to learn what the difference is and why it is different. Thanks

I am hopeful that this will happen in my lifetime. I do admire Dr. Carson's ministry as much as I admire his scholarly writings.

Thank you so much for responding. Actually, I did start a post on this subject. I did it yesterday. It was yesterday too when I uploaded "new resources" on my MacBook Pro. I did it during the recess in class. Came back and my English glosses had disappeared. Bummer! I do hope that they see it and fix it quickly. Thanks for your help.

Thank you for the update. I know that selfishness is a major character flaw, but being flawed, I'd like to ask your staff to "Hurry UP!" and fix this. I use this feature perpetually as I practice reading the Greek. Thank you, and now I go to provisionally repent.

This is a screen shot of the problem I'm having on my MacBook Pro. Notice the change in the information displayed. Now this is a screenshot of the same passage taken on my MacBook Air, that I didn't run the most recent add resources update. In this one you'll see that the English translation is included, This is what I want to get back on my MacBook
