• Re: BUG: Unable to edit Wish List names

Thanks Mick. We had someone try it out on Mac 10.6 with Safari 5.1.10 (at least for that OS version it appears to be the latest browser version) and they couldn't repro there either. Thanks again, Mike

Which OS and browser? Does hitting Ctrl+F5 resolve the issue for you? I've tried it on Windows, Mac and iPad where all seem to work just fine. Thanks, Mike

  • Re: BUG: Email Lists - Logos won't save my subscriptions

Hi Tobias, I think we figured out the issues with your account and why you couldn't subscribe to the lists you mentioned you wanted subscribed to. Your account should now be in a state where you can subscribe and unsubscribe to lists just fine. If you could please verify that your subscriptions are as you intended that would be great. Thank you, Mike
My apologies, it has been my fault the whole time. I was looking at the contact info section rather than the account section near the right-hand side of the screen. Thank you so much for your assistance though.
No worries Ryan. Just glad to hear there wasn't something blocking you from changing your email address.

Hi Ryan, I was able to change an accounts email address via faithlife.com. If you cannot do so could you please provide some more information as to what is happening and you're environment? Operating System and version, browser and version. So you should be able to change your email address here after signing in with your old email/password. https:

  • Re: Help with Email Address Change

Hi Bruce, For what he's talking about it should be "instant" to change their email address. For the email subscription lists I believe that is the one that can take longer depending on what action they're taking. "instant" in quotes as we're dealing with network/database/etc which are most of the time an instant thing for a person using it, but can
I am trying to change my email address on Logos.com, but it keeps directing me to Faithlife. Now I suspected the two accounts to be linked, so I changed my email address on Faithlife and purchased a free book on Logos.com to see if I would receive an email with the updated email address. Instead of the email going to the new
The issue still hasn't been solved. It's been three months now since I first reported the bug, which has existed even longer than that. Please forgive me, but I just have to say this: I'm really, really, really angry that Logos just doesn't seem to be able to fix things like these. How hard can it be to get a simple e-mail

No offense taken. :) Just go to the bottom of the mobile view and there should be a link to the desktop/full site version there. Thanks, Mike

  • Re: Safari on iPhone/iOS7 CP Price Headers Blank

Hi Denise, If you're browsing via the mobile version of that page I'd recommend switching to the desktop view, it's a known that the mobile version of the community pricing bidding is not rendering correctly. If it's the full desktop view can you send a screen capture of what you're seeing? Thanks, Mike

  • Re: Website formatting off in Chrome and IE (not Firefox)

Hi Pam, Can you try hitting Ctrl+F5 (while holding the Control/Ctrl Key press the F5 key) to reload the browser page and not use the cache? There was a problem last week that was fixed the day we discovered it, but it no longer appears to reproduce. We've tried it in various browsers and OSes and they all render properly. Thanks, Mike

  • Re: Community Pricing - bidding doesn't work (Chrome)

The Bidding should now be fixed in that you can place bids for the prices on the graph and the Bid button. There still is an issue that I created a case for when you bid at the Projected Price where it should turn the price in the graph green rather than the yellow/orange color it currently does. Thanks, Mike

Thank you for the report Rosie. I promise it was working as I tried it out the other day, but you are right it's not working right now. I'll enter a new case as this appears to be something different. Thanks, Mike
