Good suggestions. Make sure you include them at https://feedback.faithlife.com
as soon as they fix that site. :) have a great day!
There is nothing to fix, it is working as intended.

This is a nonsensical argument. Faithlife Staff has TOLD YOU it is legitimate. It is legitimate. It doesn't use your faithlife account because of the software that is used to run the feedback site.
thank you for your reply, ad hominem as it is. I will agree to disagree as you made

how? when I try to click on vote, it says I need an account.
By creating an account and voting.
Uhm - no. why? because if this was a "real" faithlife page, it would be connected to my existing account. it doesn't accept that as a valid ID/pass. there

Yes these are all issues that I raised during the L9 Private Beta. They are aware of the issues and I believe they are working on them.

Yeah there are several other areas of the program that doesn't work well with Dark Mode. Just try and read a Wikipedia article....yikes.....
Sure they have training videos to go through but it Should not be that complicated that I have to go through all the videos to get what I want since I did not have to do this with other Bible Programs. Yes I am loosing an old friend.
You don't have to watch the videos, but you will get more out of the software

To not edit it simply close the reading plan instead of hitting done.
Thank you for the reply, but that doesn't work. As soon as Logos changes anything based on me clicking something, it's saved - before I hit "Done". I've tried just closing the reading plan document (clicking 'x' on the
i disagree, as the updates were normally very good and if it was not worth the bang for the buck you just don’t buy that year. After the carouselle was created I quite content with that last upgrade. BTW were you a WORDsearch user, based on the statement i do not think so.
I used Wordsearch and Logos,
-
I disagree as the ones they had was what I needed and if it was not worth the bang for the buck, I would wait for the next upgrade. WORDsearch is an easy to use software compared to the complexity of Logos, I could find and connect everything I needed easily.
Yes, it will be a learning curve. There are tons
Here is an example of the double line spacing:
Ok, personally I don't see that as very much extra line space at all but a standard for spacing between paragraphs. PERSONALLY, I do not want this to change. I think your use case is likely outside of the normal use of most users. However there are two routes you can take
-
Yes but I am fine getting all the bells and whistles from WordSearch for $30. Don’t forget they alway give a $20 discount at the same time when they did the upgrade and not hundreds of dollars. most their updates are worth it for that low of a price.
But those bells and whistles hardly had the power of
-
but... You gotta admit.... that for us people coming from WS.. there is quite a "sticker shock". We were use to $49 upgrades and many time we could get discounts that made that price even lower. I like Logos.... but prices are high.
Logos actually does one better. You can upgrade for $0. You just won't get EVERY new feature
-
I am not talking about the stuff but the business As a whole which is why I switched to WORDsearch years ago. Almost anyone can tell by the price of the product comparing to other software along with physically purchasing the books that logos is high.
The problem is you are comparing apples to oranges once you

What do you mean by a large amount of linespace? Can you send us a screenshot? I'm not seeing this on mine. You can also export the text and format it however you want.
-
Thanks, I probably should have known that as logos is more about selling than real ministry help.
This is not really fair, or accurate, at all. I have gotten to know quite a few of the high level staff over the years and I know for a FACT this is not their heart.
[quote user="Donovan R. I prefer to use Word plus Zotero for all of my citation-related needs. I don't remember importing any .pdfs into Zotero
