wow, I didn't understand that at all. First, I don't see how to sort my library by short titles. And the rest might make sense if I perhaps could sort my library by short titles.

thanks, Dave I've done that a lot already for other things. This would be another big project. I haven't used the cited by tool much yet. That would be more for apocrypha, extra Biblical books, but thank you for reminding me. I had a very large amount of hits last time. I'll have to be patient and work through them I guess. But this is a program that

Not a question so much as an observation. I'm reading the apostolic fathers here. Irenaeus. I want help on a passage, so I click on the cited by option in the menu. I get plenty of results. I get a heading in bold and an abbreviated title in pale gray. It would be helpful if when I hover over the resource, it would show the name of the resource instead

thank, Graham I just opened some commentaries, and the same notes are there as well. Not all, but some. A lot of them.

I am teaching a class on Jonah. I created a document that I will hand out to the class with my notes on each verse in Jonah. Then I thought I would add these notes to Logos. So at every verse in my English Bible, I added a note to that verse. And, of course, it added them to every verse in my lxx and Hebrew Bible. Now I get to the first verse of the

I figured as much. I know that FL staff read some of these posts, if not all. I'm sure there's a way it can be done. Maybe in the future. thank you for taking the time to respond

I only need one icon when I make a note. Sometimes, like last night, Logos made three in my English Bible for one Hebrew word. I would like tobe able to remove two of those icons.

  • corresponding notes

OK, this is not a question. I just had to say something. When I study, I had open my English, Hebrew, and lxx in 3 panels. I usually put notes by important words in Hebrew and Greek with lexical information. Hebrew often combines words, so that 'and' is attached to a verb, and English might take two or three words to express one word in Hebrew, and

Thank you I am looking for a keyboard map in Logos itself, so I can open that in a tab and see it when I try to type Hebrew.

I'm working in BDB, and I want to look up words using the Hebrew keyboard. Where can I find the schematic for it so I know what to type? I found one online, but I would like to have it in a tab, so I can have it right in front of me when I type.

I'm finding this whole thing frustrating. Even if I were to succeed in doing it, I won't remember it the next time. Now I can't even get a second Bible version to show up. Not worth my time. But thank you again. I appreciate your efforts. I did learn a few things here. Not sure if I'll use them again, but it's a start.

OK, I got it. It printed the list as a table that is a pain in the butt to try to edit. The format I find unworkable, and it looks like it's all hyperlinked. I can do it the old-fashioned way, so that looks like what I'll have to do. Thanks again.

thank you again, but I see no such option. I can send it to PowerPoint or to a sermon something or other.. Or I can print it or save it in some unrecognizable formats.

I'm seeing the place where I should be able to add another version, but it won't let me. I get the one there, but it won't let me add another one.

Thank you, but I'm not seeing it. I clicked on the word life in John, did Bible word study, under translation, it created a list of the passages. But I see no option to add Bibles or export to WORD.

  • exporting search results

I am doing a study in John of the word life. I want to create a list with the verses printed out in NASB with the Greek under each verse. I can do this with an old program I have, though it won't be the NASB. A snap. I don't see any way to do this. I can print the list, save it as a file other than WORD, but no usable options for me. What am I missing
