    Logs show 0 MB avail on your temp drive: C:\Users\Rosie Perera\AppData\Local\Temp\ Is something wrong with that folder? Purge that folder and check Permissions.

    I had a great english professor who was really out there. He influenced me a lot to think outside the box when writing papers which I had a good bit of luck with. I also learned a lot of the same from great books like "Conceptual Blockbusting". So I try to look at different angles sometimes when questions are posed or write from an interesting perspective

    Specifically, your logs indicate: C:\Users\Rich\AppData\Local\Logos\Data\2e2k45uv.psv\ResourceManager\Downloaded\LLS_HISTCOUNC01 Deleting that folder should fix the issue. I'm not sure why you would have those other folders hanging around... My guess is that they can be safely deleted.

    Yep, I got stuck on one this morning too (THMTTHWNCRNCRTR). Had to remove from the Downloaded folder to fix: .\Logos\Data\xxxxxxxx.xxx\ResourceManager\Downloaded\

  • Allow cursor keys in app menus

    Please allow the cursor up/down keys to move from the text field down though the menu sections and back in the Docs, Guides, and Tools menus. Currently tab is the only key that moves from text to the first menu section and from one menu section to another. That's great, but it would be more convenient if up/down also crossed those boundaries and probably
