This is the latest, 8.4b1 (8.4.0.0007). I'm running QHD 2560x1440 ( my pc ). Windows scaling 125% but also appears the same at 100%. No scaling in Logos 100%/100%.

I can open it up to that key without any problems. I've not been able to reproduce that crash in any way.

The Parable of the Drowning Man / The Parable of the Flood A terrible storm came into a town and local officials sent out an emergency warning that the riverbanks would soon overflow and flood the nearby homes. They ordered everyone in the town to evacuate immediately. A faithful Christian man heard the warning and decided to stay, saying to himself

  • CRASH

I was toying around in Theology guide, opened the resource menu, and then I think I dismissed the menu clicking outside of it, when it stalled and then crashed. This was 8.3, though the latest beta installed yesterday--I just had not restarted to complete the install. Wondering if that caused this crash? 8321.Logos Log Files.zip
We can do something like this, but only if you enter an exact match (ignoring case sensitivity). So, you would need to enter open passage guide to john 3:16
So there will be no bible ref notation expansion? eg. jn3.16? That's disappointing but still a huge step forward. Thank you for that.
Driven me nuts for years but the behavior is consistent. It is selecting the first item in the drop-down list if you have not selected an item from the list. This happens in a number of select boxes. It does have one advantage: it gives me lots of time to twiddle my thumbs while waiting for the list to populate. This results

Not sure what is happening. I hate to ask you to repeat all these steps, but it may be helpful to see how logos responds to each of these in the logs. Can you open Logos with logging enabled and run through each of these variations: Open Guides menu -> Select Passage Guide -> Enter Jn1.1 -> Press Enter In the Command/Go box at the very top

  • BUG: Command box ignores disambiguous command

Typing an unambiguous command to open passage does not correct set that command as default. EG. open passage guide to jn3.16 defaults to Open Passage Study Layout to John 3:16 If an unambiguous command is entered it should execute that command as the default.

I've not been following this one, but what happens if you open from the Command Box: Open Passage Guide to Jn3.16 or use a url like: https://ref.ly/logos4/Guide?t=My+Passage+Guide&ref=BibleESV.2Pe1.5-11 Also, curious if localization is an issue, but it looks like your are running US English UI. Is that correct. OS is english & Logos is english

While the system is automated there are other issues like when a transaction does not go through because of insufficient funds or expired card which has to be handed over to a person.
