    Thanks. In the meantime I went ahead and reinstalled the app on both my Kindle and my phone. Still the same issue. I also talked to someone at Logos in the Tier 2 tech support (Adam I believe was his name) and there didn't seem to be a fix. We decided to wait to see what happens when I reinstall it. I've done that on both devices and it's the same exact

    Yes, the notes can be entered in the main program but they are no longer visible in a control device like and Android phone of Kindle. I'm waiting on a response as to why I can no longer see my sermon notes on my Kindle or Android smartphone after the update. All I see now is slides and there is no icon to press to access the notes. It used to be that

    Ever since the update a few weeks back, when the UI was changed, I have not been able to see my notes on my Kindle Fire. It shows slides only, no notes. I thought maybe it was my Kindle only but when I tried it on my Android smartphone it did the same thing. This was the main reason why I subscribed but if that feature has been altered and taken away

    Hello and thanks ahead of time for your help. I have a Kindle Fire also. Just downloaded Proclaim onto my laptop and the remote app onto my Kindle Fire. When I go "On Air" on the laptop and turn on my app, I have no way to "Take Control" as the iPad has apparently. Is there a particular place I should be looking on my Kindle Fire to do this or is this
