• Re: Workflow cards unavailable on dashboard

Yes, cards show up when I start them from the Guides menu. Just figured out that I first have to begin one of the workflows from the Guides menu and then I can access an already started workflow from the add item menu on the dashboard. I was looking to add workflows that I had not yet started using to my home screen. It wasn't clear that the add item

  • Workflow cards unavailable on dashboard

I purchased a full feature upgrade to Logos 8 a few weeks ago. But I'm not able to add Workflow cards to my homescreen dashboard. I select workflows using the + sign and a list box opens but it is unpopulated. I can access workflows from the guides menu, but cannot add them to my dashboard. I'm attaching my log files. Thanks for any help. 4520.Logos
Thanks for sending more log files! Unfortunately I can't find any details about a synchronization error. Can you restart Logos 7, confirm that you're still seeing a sync error, and send the log files again? Sorry about the trouble! Oh no! It's back. Returned to the office this morning to find that the synchronization error had reappeared while I slept. I left Logos 7 open on the computer overnight, so there was absolutely no activity on my part that created the failed synchronization. I created new log files which I am attaching to this message, but to all appearances, it is a
If you exit Logos 7, rename "Sermon.db" to something like "OldSermon.db", and start Logos 7 again, that might clear up the problem.
Thanks for your help. That fixed the problem -- for the most part. I did track it down to a single sermon file. As soon as I opened that file, my red exclamation synchronization icon reappeared
Thanks for the log file, Randy. Can you ensure that all of your sermon documents have something in the Author field, restart Logos 7, and see if that helps?
I'm not able to do that. None of the sermon documents show up in my document list in Logos. Seems like a vicious cycle. I can't get into the document to edit it because

  • Unable to synchronize

Ever since upgrading to Logos 7 in August I've had difficulty with synchronization. I have it installed on two computers - one at home and one at the office. Both are running Windows 10. In Logos 7 the icon for synchronization shows a red exclamation mark. When I hover over that exclamation mark, a pop-up error notification appears that says, "An error

  • Custom Homepage Layouts

Can anyone help me with an issue I'm having with custom homepage layouts? I've upgraded to Logos 7 and really enjoy the new features. I've set up two custom homepage layouts -- one for my Bible reading plan and one for a Passage study. The problem I'm seeing is that my custom layout only works when I have closed all resources in my workspace prior to

I updated to Logos 7 a few days ago and now logos will not synchronize. The icon for synchronization shows a red exclamation mark and when I hover over it the message appears saying "An error occurred during synchronization, click to try again." I ran into a similar problem a couple of years ago on another computer so I went through the instructions
There was a discussion about font controls during the beta period. • Bug: Account sign in does not persist

Hi, I don't know if anyone else is having this problem but since updating to build 4.4.7 I lose my account sign in whenever I turn my device off. My account login is stored for as long as I keep it turned on but restarting and opening Faithlife app brings up the account login screen. I then have to login twice before it accepts my login. • Re: Lost Bible reading plan

Thanks Graham, I was able to successfully restore the reading plan by following your direction. I had not finished the reading plan. Years ago I made a commitment to read through the Bible in a year every year. The anniversary date of that commitment is May 22 and I have always used that as day 1 of my reading plan. So I was about 60% through the plan

Hi everyone. I hope someone can help with this. I went to do my daily Bible reading this morning on my Android tablet and my reading plan simply vanished. It showed up for an instant in my list of daily readings and then was gone. I went online to documents.logos.com and it was gone from my document list. How do I get it back? I know it's the start

Never mind. I figured it out myself a few minutes after posting. Just select the entire range I want to attach my note to prior to right clicking, then select reference and the whole range is then included.

I'm wondering whether anyone can help me out with something I'd like to do but can't figure out. Maybe it isn't possible. If not it would be a great feature to add in the future. What I'd like to be able to do is create a note that is linked to a Biblical reference larger than a single verse. For example, to create a note with a reference to 1 Corinthians
