BUMP. It would be good to have this resource in Logos to integrate with other Logos resources.

  • Re: Help- comparing Camp Logos with Academic Training Bundle

The Academic Training Bundle is a waste of money, I wish I had gotten a refund. I don't know why they even call it academic. It's really basic stuff you've probably already learned if you've been using Logos for any amount of time. You may want to check out MPSeminarsonline.com. Morris Proctor has a subscription service now that gives you access to

  • Noet for Religious study

It would be cool if we had more products to help study other religions besides Islam and Judaism, such as Buddhism, Hinduism, Baha'i, Rastafarianism, etc. Does Noet have any plans to move further into comparative religious study? It would at least be cool to have the sacred texts in Noet. But some reference resources would be great too.

  • Re: Just a Few More Days for L8

I actually found Logos intuitive to use. When I was deciding whether to buy Accordance or Logos, I tried them both out in my seminary's library and Logos was so much easier for me to just poke around and figure out how to do basic stuff. Of course you have to invest some time if you want to be a power user. But I used it fine for my seminary needs without

Philana, Is this why I can't see my NA28 in the bible browser? Because the NA28 was recently updated? But that was on Monday, how long does it take to update the bible browser?

Again without the RVR60 From the Google Translate
Hi Juan, When a Bible gets updated we have to update it
Don’t mind in passage guide, Facebook etc, if it’s relevant to the passage or topic I’m studying but on the homepage a launch pad into the scriptures should be the thing that takes primary focus.
I'm going to guess on the release date - either July 23 or 30. The last two releases have been in a Monday, which makes sense. I'm guessing a bit earlier this time than last time since effort went into defending an "approximate" two year schedule. Any other guesses?
“But about that day or hour no one knows, neither

Probably would be more trouble than it's worth to pull them all back. It's all public domain stuff.
Where did you find the free B.B. Warfield stuff?
I saw a link on the "Free Faithlife Books" faithlife group. https://faithlife.com/free-books/activity

  • Re: Check out any free books you have missed!

I got 26 books this morning. I was just looking to see what commentaries they had broken out and saw that a bunch of stuff was free. Then right after that I noticed the email for the July $10 coupon. Then I saw a free ebook, and then a coupon for some free B.B. Warfield stuff (I already owned two of the three items so I just got the third one free)

  • Re: Who were the $500 Wish List Winners?
Personally I don't think I saw this contest, and generally never bother with FL contests because either I already have in my library the prize or they want me to bug my social media contacts by spreading advertising on the company's behalf so I can get a ticket it the FL lottery.
FYI this was the email sent on July 6th.

  • Re: Who were the $500 Wish List Winners?

Ethically speaking (and I think legally in some cases) if you call something a "contest" that people can enter you have to announce the winners. It holds the company accountable for actually picking winners and awarding the $500 rather than just using it as a promotion to boost sales. These contests are promotions to boost sales, but you have to pick

  • Who were the $500 Wish List Winners?

Have the 3 winners for the $500 wish list contest been announced? The email said the winners would be announced on July 23 but I didn't see an announcement of who the winners were.

Can you please also break these out? For some reason they weren't included the Verbum Gold package even though they're in English and not Latin. It looks like Verbum Platinum mostly adds the Latin versions of the Apostolic Constitutions and Exhortations collection, except for these which are in English. https://www.logos.com/product/27706/ecclesia-in

MJ, Why doesn't the Milestone search also bring up the Lexham English Septuagint (LES), which also contains the Psalms of Solomon?

I realize, David, that you do not find this 'development' approach credible but I posted it for any other folks who were interested as an additional resource. (Plus I hadn't read all the comments prior to posting this.) lol I'm curious though, you mentioned Job being prophecy? Is there a reason you designate Job specifically as prophecy or do you read

Just some additional info, there is an archived podcast that I happened upon a while ago called "Religions of the Ancient Mediterranean" by Philip A. Harland. He has a whole series of podcasts on the development of the concept of personified evil (i.e. Satan) throughout the bible. It doesn't prove anything per say but it walks you from the old testament
