It does show up on the forum home page, under "Shortcuts". I'd totally missed it.

  • Re: Errors in Lexham SGNT notes?

I think Madison is coming from a perspective where root has a narrower, technical meaning. However you want to define "root", it has been my suggestion to define the terminology as appropriate. This would go a long way to enhance usability and fulfill the requirements of academic rigor. Cross-references: https://community.logos.com/forums/t/59884.aspx

  • Forum Guidelines Revamp

A few suggestions: 1. The thread laying out the Guidelines should be stickied, and the title bolded , and title font size bumped up a notch 2. The stickied thread now only appears in the "General" section. Someone who goes to in other sections may never see it. Display it prominently in all sections, or better yet, as a discreet "Guidelines Reminder

  • Re: Soncino and Artscroll Digital Books to Logos Resources
Unfortunately, I find that most Christians do not understand the brilliance of a Jewish Messiah and instead insist that Acts meant we need not bother with anything Jewish. Some of these people will even eat blood sausage even though Acts clearly states that Christians should not be eating blood. lol My point is that the Majority

  • LA211 Playback issues

Two issues. The first could affect other courses too. 1. In continuous playback mode in full screen, at the end of each segment playback jumps back to windowed mode. 2. In the segment "Using a Visual Filter to Study Verbal Moods in the Gospels", the audio is heavily compressed and some ess sounds are lost, affecting intelligibility.
Obviously, one has to recognize filtering (edits over time, fragments, and archaeology success). But interesting. They don't percent it in either direction, so I'll need to export at times.
Beggars can't be choosers. I'm still waiting for that all-knowing, all-diachronic tome on Early/Late/Rabbinic Hebrew.

  • Re: "not on your device"

How about popping up a list of resources which are not-there so the user at least is informed about potential problems? Or some kind of message? The thing is: this is not an intuitive process. It's like a whitelist-blacklist ruleset. Without grasping the competing priorities the user can hose the system completely.
But that isn't a compromise. The user who already decided not to download half of his resources would still be stuck. Your compromise only warns him first!
The user who already decided not to download half of his resources but who clicks "yes" to download all resources would be reminded about the consequences instead

  • Re: "not on your device"

Let's reach a compromise. How about, a user clicks on yes then a dialog pops up with a reminder such as "By selecting this option an estimated X resources will be downloaded at the next update".

  • Re: "not on your device"

Thanks again. As an aside: once "download all resources" is switched to "yes", it would be more intuitive that the missing resources would be downloaded on executing an update. It's not the case now.

    Thanks.
1. Filter your library for "not on this device" and manually download any which are not present.
Not sure what that entails.
2. Go to preferences and make sure that "download new resources" is set to "yes."
Whoops, mine is set to "no"! Never touched that setting, never

The "Table of Contents" looks rather sparse. An index with the alphabets A, B, C... would be better, but it's hard to suggest an improvement.

  • "not on your device"

I carry out updates almost every week. Recently I found that a few of the resources I bought did not appear in the library when I searched for keywords in the title. Later on, when I was sure I was missing something, I searched for more keywords, and boom! it appears in the library. When I click to open the resource, a message appears to say that this
