The team is looking into this.
Any progress on this today, Bradley? I was hoping to see it in SR-1 today, but obviously it was not there. Are there any steps I can take to help you troubleshoot?

  • 1st Edition/2nd Edition Linking Issues

I have IVP's Dictionary of Jesus and the Gospels 2nd Edition. It's really a great resource. My only problem is that generally, when other scholarship within Logos links to it, it links to the first edition (also available from Faithlife for $54). I don't see the necessity of purchasing the same resource multiple times, and so I have a few questions
Consider Apple's model: When new iPhone models are released, the new operating system is simultaneously made available as a free upgrade to those with older phones. What's the harm in letting past loyal logos customers merely upgrade their core engines at the same time of a new roll out? If they want the latest greatest features
Andrew, I wonder if this thread, especially Ryan's reply, would be helpful to you: https://community.logos.com/forums/t/129446.aspx
Unfortunately not. The resources I've mentioned are all permanent licenses of mine, and that thread concerns unlicensed mobile Ed courses.

  • Specific Courses not showing in Courses Tool

I'm not terribly concerned, but I'm wondering why I cannot see any of the following courseware courses within the new courses tool: DIY Bible Study Look at the Book Labs LT261 Study the Bible with Logos: Matthew 4:1-11 Meditations on the Life of Christ Any ideas?

Agreed. Very little lag for tasks that previously would reveal a spinning beachball on my POWERFUL 15" MacBook Pro!
Hang in there. We're working hard to get the comparison chart up and operational for everyone. We're really sorry for the delay. The traffic levels are pushing our current servers to the limits, and we're doing everything we can to address it as soon as possible.
I won't complain. I'm pleased you guys are

Yep! This is a promotion running in the Faithlife Free Book group. However, an important note to clarify - this month is different. Supernatural is only available for free access during this month. When May hits, you'll need to purchase it to continue reading.
If this is a one-time occurrence

  • Why did Supernatural just appear in my library?

I just had "Supernatural" and its companion study guide by Michael Heiser appear in my library. I'm not sure why this is, since the Logos Now resources are 6 other volumes this month. I really cannot understand why this has happened. I'm certainly not unhappy about it, but I'm trying to find out if this is simply a cruel April Fool's joke and it will

  • Library "Support Info" Searchable w/o exporting library to Excel?

I'm looking through my downloaded folder in Logos to see what resources are taking up the most space on my hard drive, but can't decipher which resources are which, because they all have names like "CLLBBLCOMPN.logos4". I assume that the file name corresponds to the support info name first listed in the library info panel (i.e. BDAG is LLS:46.30.18

So I have some Mobile Ed courses I'm taking, but for some reason our internet is terrible at night, but fine during the day. So I opened the video portion of my four courses, and clicked on the Resource Panel Menu and clicked "Download All Media". I can't tell how fast or slow it's going, because I can't see the progress. Is there any way to see the
