Bug - Highlights not syncing at all, and Notes sometimes not syncing

Hello,

Please help. The yellow triangle has been showing up for some time now.

I use logos on a Mac and an iPhone 4S. Notes made on Mac sync fine with iPhone; but Notes made on iPhone do not sync with Mac. Highlights do not sync at all, irrespective of where they are created.

I have attached the relevant log.

BUG REPORT: Crash in Personal Book Builder

While trying to add a personal book I just built from a Kindle file (Logos doesn't have the title available), Logos is consistently crashing partway through the build process. I've attached the log, and I can provide the .docx file to a Logos developer upon request. I don't want to put it on the public forum, since it's under copyright.

Unable to log in Sunday morning

Last Sunday (11/18) we were unable to log-in to proclaim, kept getting a message asking us to buy it or telling us to try again later. 1 hour before presentation, with a sermon particularly reliant on graphics and media, this was a problem. Tried multiple log-ins, multiple computers, multiple internet connections. Same problem.

Fortunately, the sermon subject was worry - great illustration of tech/worship/pastor fear coming true and nothing we could do about it... and service was a blessing.

Two hours later, hey presto! No problems.

Hey,

I'm thinking about transitioning our small, growing church to Proclaim. My question is primarily financial: will Proclaim always be free (requiring only a license to go live), and will paying the annual license fee entitle us to upgrades and updates made to the software? We're trying to be wise about how to utilize our budget. Basically, we're curious if going with Proclaim will be an investment or if we'll end up getting stung by hidden fees and unaffordable upgrades.

currently using the latest download from app store 3.0 3 (3.0.31585)

I have installed the most recent version on Kindle, and when I select a word to view the Greek or Hebrew the word previous the selection is shown. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Disclaimer: I have a lot of highlights

For the first time, with 2.0.7 I can now see highlights in my ESV + ESVSB. I have to wait a long time for them to pop-in, and the highlights have to reload if changing from nighttime to/from normal viewing mode. But they are there...at least certain pallets (for example, the default pallet "Highlighter Pens" is completely missing).
