Logos 5 - Prayer List - Mobile App Integration

I really like the "Prayer List" feature in Logos 5. It would be even more useful to me if it integrated with the iPad app. It would be nice to have the prayer list on my iPad during the Daily Office when I'm praying in church and away from my desktop computer.

Support for AirPlay or Apple TV output on Mac OSX?

I have a MacBook Pro running OSX 10.8 and am trying to find out if anyone out there has tested Proclaim with an Apple TV as the second output source? I want to use Apple TVs on my network as my output screens, which can be done with a few other presentation programs for churches. Some of the other programs I've seen provide the ability to send different output scenes to each Apple TV or the same output to all sources. I'm not necessarily looking for something quite that potent yet. *Hint hint! Wink wink! to the Devs! AIRPLAY OUTPUT PLEASE!

I've been successfully running the Logos Bible Software app on a 2nd gen iPod touch device until that last couple of weeks when I updated by app. Where can I get the previous versions of the app? I've deleted the app off my computer and iPod because the app was crashing (repeatedly "error loading book" popup) and now I can't seem to find the older version on my computer or the web.

Installing Proclaim on iMac OS 10.8

I downloaded the software and as I open the proclaim.dmg file I get an error message "no mountable file systems".

Can anyone advise?

BUG: After last 2 updates Proclaim crashes when editing/uploading.

After the last 2 updates, whenever I attempt to upload new content (lyrics, video, etc.) to my already existing presentation Proclaim freezes and I have to force quit the program. I am using a MAC and this isn't the first time I've had this issue (it usually occurs about every other update).

Please advise as soon as possible.

Is the app's performance based on number of notes and highlights?

I use the Logos app on the iPhone 4 and an iPad 2. It has always been slow. I just figured that it was excessively slow because everyone had that problem; however, last week a friend using a Gen 2 iPod Touch was running the app much faster than my newer and faster devices.

My theory: The app slows down considerably if you are a power user of Logos with large note files from the PC/Mac versions. My friend said he has hardly any highlights or notes. I, on the other hand, have tens of thousands of highlights and notes combined. (Recently when speaking to a Logos representative they were shocked by the number of notefiles I had on my Logos documents.)

So, does the number of highlights and notes largely affect the performance of the mobile app? Thanks.

iOS: Logos app versus Faithlife app: which one should I use?

I'm a longtime Logos user but fairly recent to the iOS world. I've had the Logos app for a year or so, but recently downloaded the Faithlife app. Faithlife appears to be a lot more like the Windows Logos 4 I have and I like it better. Faithlife and Logos do not share the same resources on my iPad drive and both consume a lot of space, however, Logos is consuming 5.9 GB of my flash drive while Faithlife is only consuming 4.9 GB. Logos has 631 books listed (I own over 1,000 Logos books) and Faithlife has 605 books listed so this appears to be the difference. Since my flashdrive is limited, I wish to delete one of the apps to free up space since they are mostly redundant. My questions are:

1) Are there any advantages of the Logos iOS app over the Faithlife app?

2) Why does Faithlife not list as many books as Logos?

3) Will Faithlife be replacing Logos?

Logos for Mac: Full Screen App Mode?

Would appreciate a future release including the ability to support full screen app mode. With the release of Lion and the upcoming Mountain Lion, the ability to scan between applications is becoming critical.

Notes vs. Highlights

When I add a note in Logos for iOS, in order to get the note to pop up on tap, I have to include an icon with the note (including the highlight/underline). If I choose not to include the icon, the behavior on tap is identical to highlights, whereby on tap, the only thing that pops up is an "Edit highlight" command. Only if I tap on "Edit highlight" can I see the note. But the addition of an icon is visually intrusive.

It would be helpful if I could have the option to not include an icon for a note while having the ability to still view the note when I tap the highlighted/underlined passage.

Does that make sense? I would post images to show what I'm talking about but I haven't posted enough on these forums.

projecting from ipad?

I'm coming from the perspective transitioning into pastoring a tiny church that no longer even has a dedicated phone line, much less affording an internet connection. The church does have a projector with dinosaur PC to put up powerpoint. I've followed the discussions by others regarding internet connection, etc. I'm trying to come up with a workable solution I can afford on my own dime, and looking for feedback on feasibility.

Possibility 1: Prep my study on Logos at home, Prep service on Proclaim at home, Worship leader contributes on Proclaim at home. Mac Laptop offline connected to projector (with proclaim service set in stone) at back, ipad wifi with Proclaim control app in pulpit. I own a macbook pro, but not an ipad yet. Will the ipad with app sync peer-to-peer to control the projection on the macbook pro without the presence of any other wifi/isp?

Possibility 2: Macbook pro w/ usb mobile hotspot connected to projector at back. ipad wifi with control app in pulpit.

Possibility 3: I read in one post that Logos is developing an ipad specific version of Proclaim. Running the projector off a 4g wifi would be a lot less risky than putting my personal laptop in someone elses hands to control the projection during song lyric projection. For those in the know, is the dedicated ipad version a very near-term reality or is it some time off? Would it be feasible projecting from a 4g ipad at the back with me assuming control from the pulpit during teaching with an ipad wifi?

I'd greatly appreciate the feedback from those having experience with ipad and small church use scenarios.
