Look up original Greek & Hebrew words

The webpage for the iPhone app states: 'Access the original Greek & Hebrew words with a simple tap-and-hold on any word in the Bible. You'll instantly see the lemma and morphology of the term.'

However, when I tap and hold I get a selection including 'Look up' which directs me to what appears to be a non-Logos (?) dictionary (I was asked if I wanted to download a dictionary on first use).

What am I doing wrong?

Apologies if this is explained elsewhere, I can't find a detailed guide for this on the mobile App part of the site (please direct me), and am a new iPhone user (iPhone 5, just downloaded the app) and first time on this forum.

Which Version for Hebrew/Greek Grammatical Assistance

I have taken hebrew/greek in my undergrad and graduate training, but I would like to have logos for the primary reason of using it for grammar assistance, specifically with syntactical, rare parsings, sentence diagramming, and more. Which version of Logos should I go with? I have also looked and tried Accordance and Bible Works, but I tend to like Logos system a little more. So which version have you found to work well for this type of use? Oh, if it matters I am using a Mac.

Greek Verb Principle Parts - Word Study

I am surprised that I'm not given the principle parts of verbs when I hover over them (and especially surprised that this info doesn't come up when I do a word study). Am I missing something? This would seem to be invaluable info for anyone trying to read NT in Greek.

transferring other E-Books from kindle or other e-readers

Eusebian Canons and Ammonian Sections

When I open Logos 5 on a passage (for example Luke 2) I see in the left window under the caption 'Eusebian Canons': Luke §3 (Luke 1:36-2:46).

This means that the content of this part of Luke is only found in Luke, not in other gospels.

Now when I take my ancient 1963 edition of Nestle/Aland I se the sections of Eusebius: One starts at 2:1, the next at 2:6, the next at 2:15. That is interesting, because modern editions and translations tend to divide differently: paragraph 1 starts at 2:1 and paragraph 2 starts at 2.8.

My question is: Is it possible with the Eusebian Canons as part of the resources to see the same subdivision as I see in my paper 1963 Nestle/Aland NT?

Mounce Biblical Greek Grammar

Sorry to resurrect this old topic again. I know that Bill Mounce himself has/had a role at another mobile software company but has there been any development regarding bringing the textbook and workbook to Logos?

I have tried the other platform exclusively for Mounce, but I miss Logos!

Do you know any guides on how to properly and uniformly transliterate Greek into English? Also, are there any software tools that can convert English transliterations into the corresponding Greek (like a Word plugin for example)?

Add Version of English Josephus in Morph Search

Hello,

So I'm using Logos 5 on a Mac and I'm trying to do a word study in Josephus. I'm searching in the Greek text and I want to "add a version" of English Josephus, but it appears that this is impossible!

What is the point of that search if I have to manually go to each verses-result in my English Josephus? I should be able to just pull up an English version of Josephus along side the Greek and be happy. Am I going crazy? Please help! Thanks.
