Logos4 crashes Lion during sleep

It doesn't matter if my new MacBook Pro running 10.7.5 (Lion) goes to sleep because:

I had to walk away for too long,
or if I close the lid,
or if it was set to sleep by choosing it from the menu list,

if Logos4 is running the computer crashes as it tries to waken from sleep mode. None of my other apps are causing this problem: checked by running other apps with and without Logos4. The only commonality is Logos4.

Please help. Need suggestions. I'm getting tired of my mac needing to restart multiple times a day as I am a full-time student who is also home educating four students while also preparing lessons for our youth ministry. My mac is working all day, every day and so is Logos4. Thanks for the help and prayers.

Crashing problem when attempting to load a named layout

On Logos 4 for Mac, has anyone experienced the program quitting unexpectedly when trying to load a previously named layout? For some reason, this happens to me every time I attempt to do so and affects all named layouts (i.e. I have never been able to load any named layout without the program quitting unexpectedly). Does anyone have any ideas as to what may be the cause?

Syntax search - scrolling issue

I'm trying to get comfortable with the syntax search feature and I did a test search that I'd seen in a Logos training video. Now I'm trying to modify it to make the results even more accurate, but I've run into a problem. The window only shows about half of my search query and it won't let me scroll down to see/modify the lower section.

I can't see any part of the query below this in the window, even though there's a fair bit more. Has anyone else experienced this or know how to solve it?

I'm running Logos 4.6 and OS 10.8.1.

Logos 4 Crashes when I open it up

I bought Silver this weekend, and it has finished indexing but when I try to open it, it starts to load and then crashes. I am running Leopard and was wondering if this was the issue or there was something I was doing wrong?

Which Base Package Do I choose?

I am trying to decide between the Scholar's Library and Scholar's Silver. I was wondering if they are really that different or not? Really the only thing that is making it a hard decision is I really would like to have the New American Commentaries that come with the Silver. I am hoping that people that already have Logos can help me out.

Non Case-Specific Greek Search

I am trying to figure out how to search for Greek words non case-specifically. In particular, I am trying to find all occurrences of the word ἔνθεος in the Works of Philo of Alexandria (Greek Text with Morphology), but so far I have had to search through each case one by one. Surely I'm overlooking something.

Bug: Logos 4.5 displays hover text on second display in all Desktops in Lion.

My setup: I have dual displays and three Desktops in Lion 10.7.4. For those that don't know what a desktop is, the old name is Space or Spaces and is now part of Mission Control. It allows you to have multiple arrangement of windows and you can switch between them easily. I am running Logos 4.5c-SR-4. I normally run logos in one of the desktops and I like to place it in the secondary display. The secondary display is the display that does not have an apple menu, or a menu at all.

Problem: In Logos if you hover over certain regions a pop-up appears over the window that describes this item. For instance when you are reading scripture you can hover over cross references and the reference is displayed. This is great except the hover feature does not recognize that I am on a different desktop and that logos is not even visible. So I could be in Mail.app in Desktop 1, and the region I hover over in mail corresponds to a book on the home page in Desktop 2 and the book information is displayed. So the bug is that pop-ups should not appear unless the logos desktop is active. I have also seen it do this when I have Mail.app, for instance in front of logos and I hover over pop-up region in the logos window that is covered or hidden my the Mail.app. I mention the second display, because it seems to occur less often, if not at all, if I put it in main display. The problem is somewhat random and it occurs often with the home page visible because of the books along the top that have large pop-up sensitive regions. If I had to guess, I would guess that it is related to these pop-up regions updating while I am in another Desktop. So if that is the case, this problem should not appear for regular cross-references because they are static. I have not taken good notes of what information is in the pop-up, but I will start to note this information and will post here.

Work Around: This get's irritating at times, so I just quit Logos

Experiments:

(1) I will try minimizing Logos and see if that solves the problem.

(2) I will try moving to a static page that does not update and see if the problem goes away.

Search Specific Books Within Ante-Nicene Fathers

Could somebody please tell me if it is possible to search within specific books within a series - in particular, the Ante-Nicene Fathers.

I am interested in finding occurrences of the words "Word (i.e., Logos)", and "Scripture(s)" in Origen's writings (which I believe are found in volumes 4 and 9 of the Ante-Nicene Fathers), in particular – though not exclusively – in Origen's Commentary on the Gospel of John.

Gestures

I know I must be missing something obvious but how do I turn off that 'gesture' feature? Every day, several times, the screen goes into 'reading mode' or a tab closes because i make a movement with the mouse as I right click!!!!!

I can't see the option in preferences, but I may not be looking in the right place.
