IIRC I had to open the course once in the course tool for that course to appear as an option. What you are showing is a bug which I can replicate.3 -

I'm new to Logos, and I've been using it for several months now. What has amazed me is that my S.O.A.P. Devotions has now become a full-blown Bible study because of Logos, and I LOVE IT!!!1
