Proclaim on Ipad is not updating or syncing and cannot get to service to go to on-air.
Proclaim on ipad is not asking for a login. This may not be an issue; however, when we tried to take control of the service, the service item was not available in the "on air" section of the ipad. Also, a couple of screens were added to the service on the desk-top, but the ipad did not update and show these new screens.

We run proclaim on multiple computers with no problems. Both mac and windows. Our church bought a new Mac and when we try to go on air from it Proclaim says that we dont have the license to do so. Problem is, we do. Assuming you only need one license with unlimited amount of computers.

Proclaim locks on OSB, SLOW iPad this week, 3/1 and last week

Unable to Reorder Elements
