Transfer Logos from one computer to another while upgrading

I am sorry if this has already been discussed but I searched the forum and could not find a response. I have had Logos 5 on a laptop since its original install. I did this as I was traveling globally and it was a great way of having the information readily available. I am now staying home and want to transfer it off the laptop onto my home desktop. I figured doing it as a part of upgrading to Logos 6 would be the easiest.

Any ideas on how best to proceed? Thanks much.

As 'bama notes you can have Logos on both machines. So upgrade the laptop to Logos 6 and then use Method 2 to install it on the Desktop to avoid downloading and indexing.

If you don't want to upgrade the laptop then use Method 2 after purchasing your upgrade, but install Logos 6 on the desktop, copy the folders from the laptop and ignore any download notification until the method is complete. Then allow the download as that will be the resources, etc from your Logos 6 upgrade.
