Problem with Parallel Resource / Right Arrow Key Commentary Navigation

If your collection or parallel resource set contains one or more resources that are indexed by page numbers, your right arrow key navigation could stop functioning.  To reproduce problem:

1. Create a commentary collection that contains Holman Bible Handbook.

2. Open a window to a scripture reference-based commentary.

3. Navigate to John 3.

4. Use the right arrow key to navigate to the Holman Bible Handbook.

5. Scroll down a little to the colored chart (The Seven Signs in John).

6. The navigation box changes to "Page 612".  The || icon disappears.

7. Use the right arrow key to navigate to the next parallel resource (in my case it's WBC volume 36).  It opens to the cover page.
