Logos 5 crashes whenever I try to load a video.
I have been watching Proctor's Logos Academic Training. Several days ago, my "Training" layout crashed Logos when I tried to open it. It crashes every time ever since then.
Also, I tried loading the videos through the library, thinking it might help "reset" something, but Logos crashes that way, too.
Finally, I found another video in Logos, and tried to open that. The result is the same.
The logos.log file apparently does not record the crash, nor does the crash file reflect the crash. However, the program crashes every time. I have two video clips, but I am unable to send them, or to attach them to this post.
Please advise. Thank you. Below is a screen shot of the error.
