Piper, John. Take Care How You Listen: Sermons by John Piper on Receiving the Word.
The typos are mainly with the scripture references. Some references are not even linked. It is just plain bad.
Please fix these. Thank you
Perhaps you know this but this is not a Logos book but a Vyrso book - https://vyrso.com/product/28592/take-care-how-you-listen-sermons-by-john-piper-on-receiving-the-word and, as such, is based on text submitted by the publisher. It doesn't undergo the same process of tagging and proofing that Logos books experience. Still, I agree with you that it would be nice to have this fixed.
Bruce, thanks for the clarification and reminder. I think I even got it for free. So I hate to seem ungrateful. I guess I just assumed that the Bible references would be linked accurately.
The truth is, I am finished reading these sermons but hoped an update might benefit others. Though I may return to them someday.
as was mentioned, Vyrso resouces are automatically converted. Scriptures are automatically hyperlinked with a process that works fairly well when the reference is CLEAR and explicit. Otherwise, it is hit and miss. A clear reference would be "John 3:16". A less clear one would be "3:16". In the later case, many things could trigger the auto hyperlink system to go haywire. If the last clear reference was "Hebrews 10:10", the link would probably be "Hebrews 3:16". If the word "Kings" was nearby, it might get tricked into "1 Kings 3:16".
Verse resources might be a great ground for user cloud participation. If some resources were put into (automatically) collecting such corrections and incorporating them into the resource with say a monthly community corrections download these resources could be increased in value significantly.
(Actually I think that Faithlife should develop a similar system for Logos resources - the potential for free accurate (and multilingual resources) is vast.
Just think how many English English bibles we might have available!
