Sermons Missing in Passage Guide

Hi Everyone, I'm working through the tutorials on Logos 6 and running into demo behavior I'm not able to reproduce. Specifically, beneath the Passage Guide is the entry "Sermons" that seems to be perpetually empty. My library has about 43 different sermon resource collections. I've opened one by the Puritans and located a sermon on Ephesians 6:24. Even though there is a sermon on this passage, the Passage Guide still shows "no results" for Sermons. (Incidentally, regardless of what I search upon the Illustrations is empty as well even thought I have over 68 resources on illustrations in the library.)

Is there a configuration I need to update to have these resources appear in the Passage Guide. I thought one of the benefits of Logos was the inter-relatioships of resources.

Additionally, is there a comprehensive tutorial that explains all the features and configurations of Logos 6 instead of searching for individual tutorials?

In answer to this question, the Sermons section only finds sermons which have been labeled with the scripture passages they deal with. Logos released this tool and is currently adding tagging to more and more sermons so they will show up in this guide. Like you, I have many sermons in my Library, but relatively few currently show up in the Sermon section of the Passage or Sermon Starter Guide.

To be clear, unless a sermon has the text you are looking for as its main text, the Sermon section will not show it.

When I run Ephesians 6:24 I get only two sermons: one from John MacArthur and on from a series called Puritan Sermons (6 volumes edited by James Nichols). It's possible the sermon collections you have are not yet tagged.

However, it seems suspicious that no illustrations are showing up as well. I wonder if you have completed indexing your resources?

There are no free ones of this sort that I am aware of. Logos' certified trainer Morris Proctor has produced some new materials on Logos 6. He has a video on what's new in Logos that is not yet released. Since we haven't seen it we don't know what it will include, but Morris is a top-notch trainer.
