I wish there was a way to organize the documents uploaded into folders.

Do you mean something like this?:

Reading Plans

Prayer Lists

Collections

Etc.

What I mean is that we can organize the documents we upload into a user-defined labels, like:

Sermon Notes
Articles
Discipleship
Worship
