Missing "insert from file"

Dear Fellow Users,

I seem to have lost sight of one of my favorite features in 5. When making customized visual filters, I often assigned an image to them that I would upload from a file taking the following steps:

1. Make a Custom Highlight
2. Rename it
3. Then select "Image"
4. In the image section instead of "click to choose" I would select "Click to upload a from a file"

I no longer see the latter option. Did they move it to another place or did it drop out?

If they moved it or redesigned how to do it, please advise.

If you click "click to choose" you will see an option to "Choose a file..." at the bottom of the popup
