Missing introductory articles in ESV and NASB 1995 update

I noticed earlier today that I am missing from my ESV the introductory articles from this resource as well as the NASB 1995 update introductory articles as well, i.e., title page, all the way to the Scripture text--however, the text in both resources is there.  Please advise.

Glenn, it seems likely that you have the Bible Text Only visual filter enabled in these resources.
