Help I reinstalled Logos

I copied my old Logos directory to a backupdrive.

then uninstalled Logos 6 

created a new custom logos directory. and installed Logos.

I set logos not to automatically download, then tried to run the "Scan command but i don't see anything happening. 

How do check that logos is scanning my back up copy of logos?

This is what i typed for the scan command, "scan e:\logos5\data\yi5zt0ub.qnw\resourcemanager\resources" Is this not correct?

You have to restart Logos after running the scan command. The scan will occur on startup as "Preparing Your Library".
