I am trying to open my Logos6 and it keeps crashing during the “signing in” period. It did open once and was updating when it crashed for the first time this morning. Since that first crash it has continued to crash during the "signing in" period.

Hello, Deanna, and welcome to the forums!
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it seems the program is crashing because of insufficient memory (2GB). Maybe someone else will have a workaround but your likely going to need more memory.
but it seems the program is crashing because of insufficient memory (2GB).
It does indeed seem to be related to insufficient memory but - according to Faithlife 2GB should be adequate - https://www.logos.com/system-requirements
Deanna - I would contact Customer Services and see if they can help - contact details at https://www.logos.com/contact
Thank you for your responses. How do I know that Inhave insufficient memory? My system tells me that I have 2Gb memory. Plus it has worked fine up until this point and we have not added anything to the computer since adding tgis program 2-3 weeks ago.
I did contact customer service.
again, thank you for the replies.
How do I know that I have insufficient memory?
We know this when the logs state, “Native error= Out of memory”
I don’t necessarily agree with their minimum specs but if they say it should operate successfully with 2GB of memory then so be it [:#]
How do I know that Inhave insufficient memory?
The crash log reports an "Out of memory" error - seemingly associated with the indexer

But as I say 2GB should be sufficient. Hopefully someone with more expertise than me in reading Mac logs will be able to comment further.

Hi Graham - are these lines likely to be relevant?

Doubt it - that shows 335GB free[:)]

The log indicates there is not enough memory to launch the Indexer. Try restarting the computer and then start Logos (before doing anything else). If it still crashes as you state then the computer needs more memory to run Logos. Let us know what happens
