The first issue seems to be due to the group's shared note document lacking an entry for that reading. (the note document is the thing that provides the markup)
The second issue is due to how left margin markup is applied. Specifically, the paragraph for the headings have 0 left margin while the descriptions have a small positive left margin (likely to provide some of the formatting in the resource). So the margin markup is applied differently to those different paragraph styles.

What you are saying is that it ignores the box and looks sloppy by design? Hmmm. I can see what the situation was not considered in design; I don't see why it is considered the desirable results.

Sorry if it sounded like I was snapping at you but what I would expect is that you state that you will bring it to the attention of development. And I would expect to either have you report the missing note and give me the correct address for future reports or to give me the address and ask me to report it there. Is there anything within the Mobile Ed modules that tells me where to report their errors?
