why do I not have the ancient literature tab or atlas tab or ...?
First, I assume that you intended to post in the Logos/Verbum 6 forums? What Logos 6 base package do you own? I believe Gold or greater is required for the Ancient Literature feature. Not sure about the level for Atlas.
I have the Pentecostal, charismatic but they said they gave me everything gold had but....
Which level of these packages? Different features are available in each as below. So, for example, Ancient Literature requires Silver:

no that's not present, I hope they gave me the silver Pentecostal, charismatic with all the tools. I was going with the gold but wanted the pen/char. , and they said it didn't come with all the tools that the gold had so with ANOTHER FEEE... they would include it but maybe I go ripped
Check with them Monday morning to straighten it out. In the meantime check your order history for some sort of a cross-grade or dataset purchase.

In addition to MJ's suggestions, try the command "update resources" (in the command box) and see if that downloads anything else
Welcome to the forums Garry. If you've only just bought it, it is always possible it hasn't fully downloaded yet. I got caught out like that and it was simply a matter of waiting until everything had downloaded. The dataset itself needs to be present on your machine for the option to show up in the menu.
well logos finally called and after going through a few techs found out that the logos 6 was not loaded due to some hang ups internally on my logos 5. thank you for all the help
