BUG: unable to select a large portion of the Bible

I have come across this issue before: I am unable to select, let's say 10 verses of the Bible.

I left click at the beginning of a verse, then use my scroll wheel to scroll down, but in the process, Logos hits an invisible wall (possibly pericope boundary) and loses previous selection while starting selecting from that boundary. Notice, I have not released left mouse button.

I thought I would make make a small selection, then scroll, then Shift-Click at the end of a large passage to select the entire passage. No joy. After Shift-Click Logos somehow selects 20 verses FOLLOWING(!!!) what I clicked, not preceding. How can this be?

My goal is to add a note to a large passage. I am at a loss of how to achieve this.

If you give version and passage I can try to replicate your problem. It seems to work for me.

Other cases have show that the "Links to open panels" Visual filter can cause mis-selection. Perhaps some other filters as well, and not necessarily because of Smart Selection. But see this thread as a fix will soon be available.
