Cost of Foundations of Pentecostal Theology

I just found out Logos has the book Foundations of Pentecostal Theology but the price is $64

Amazon sells the hardbound printed copy listed today for $23.09  http://www.amazon.com/Foundations-Pentecostal-Theology-Gup-Duffield/dp/1599793369/ref=tmm_hrd_title_0/190-4223523-0754911

So I ask why the so much higher price for the electronic version from Logos?  I would love to have the book but for $40 difference I hesitate to buy the soft copy.

Any idea why the cost is so high?
