Notes and Highlight Sync Between Devices

I use Logos (v.5) on my work computer (MAC) and my home computer (Windows). All my resources update and sync automatically when I start either of the programs. I have highlights and notes that I have taken while on my MAC, but when I open that same resource on the Windows computer the notes are not there. What do I do?

It sounds like some sort of sync problem - and the first thing is to try and work out where it is going wrong.

Are there any indications of a sync problem on either of your computers? This is typically shown with a red exclamation mark where the sync button is

Go to documents.logos.com and log in using your Faithlife / Logos credentials. You should be able to find the notes document there which you are using on the MAC to take notes. Open that and see if the changes are present there. If so, they are syncing from Mac and not syncing down to Windows.

This should help us to start working out where the problem lies.

Some thoughts:

Have you verified that you have those note files turned ON within those resources? Can you verify that the note document itself isn't updating, or do you just not see the notes in the book?
can you verify the specific version of logos for each computer?
Is there a reason you haven't updated to the free L6 engine?
