Here are my logs
0827.Logos Log Files.zip
Jerrod,
these logs are from 2013 and 2014, please start Logos with holding the Ctrl key down (thereby invoking diagnostic logging), try to access resources and re-upload current logs.
Not sure what happened there. I definitely did this correctly yesterday, apparrently all the way to the upload. Anyway, today I uninstalled everything, deleted all the Verbum folders, reinstalled and still get the same problems. Here are the right logs.3022.Verbum Log Files.zip
the issue seems to be that your indexer wants to download all the resources (7GB, some 1900 files) and verify the MD5 hash sum (a commonly used algorithm to check on the integrity of files) and finds on the very first one that MD5 - probably to be provided by Windows - is not available:

Not sure where to look for it - you could google yourself or wait if Bradley drops by with an answer.
You will get this error if the "System cryptography: Use FIPS compliant algorithms for encryption, hashing, and signing" policy is enabled. Disable this in Group Policy (or set it to "Not Defined") and reboot your computer.
