I downloaded Logos yesterday and am now trying to download the resources. Yesterday and today the resources were downloading, but only a few at a time, and then Logos would request to restart, do some indexing and then download the next few, and repeat again. I restarted my computer and now nothing is updating at all. I have tried 'update now' and 'update resources', but all that happens is the blue icon comes up on the taskbar saying 'Logos Bible Software is downloading updates', then closes after about 30 seconds without downloading anything. There are lots of resources still missing.
I have followed the instructions to enable logging and collect logs, but no log files are showing in my documents, so I am stuck with this too!
Any help appreciated!
