The Logos logs state

"Error detail: UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'C:\Logos\Data\klskzlnz.jpr\LibraryIndex\supplemental-build.lxn' is denied."

This error has come up several times and I'm not aware of a definitive solution. Try the suggestion at https://community.logos.com/forums/p/94826/658554.aspx#658554 as that seems to have worked (it involves a re-index of your resources).

EDIT:  The path is non-standard. Make sure that you have full access to C:\Logos
