I noticed that the Master's Seminary Journal is not included in either the Theological Journal bundle or the Master Journal Bundle. Is this an oversight or must we purchase the Master's Seminary Journal separately from the Bundles?

I also think the agreement for this was made after closure of the bundle.

I think the opposite is true.
This is in fact an old product that hasn't been brought up to date with the modern journal tagging for Logos 6, and presumably Logos hasn't yet reached agreement with the copyright holder as to how this will happen.
Is Master's Seminary Journal a product that can be purchased separately today? That is the impression I received from the OP.
