I'm a mac user and my logo's is stuck open but not open. There is no page or window open but it is open in the dock and when I try to restart my Mac it gives me a warning saying it cannot shut down because Logos 5 is still open. I've tried to quit the app with command Q, and also through right clicking on the icon in the dock and clicking quit but it does not close the app. I also cannot open the app in that the window is never up, it just stays lit up in my dock as open even though there is nothing on the screen. Has anyone else encountered this problem and or has suggestions on how to fix it? Thank you.
