Order History

On my Order History page, some items do not link to the product's description page. I suspect that this is because that particular item in that particular configuration is no longer offered as such. However, is there a way on something like "Fortress Press Paul Collection (17 vols.)" to see what was included in that order?

Are you clicking on the order number, or the name of the item. I think the order # may give you what you're looking for (I don't believe I purchased the collection you're inquiring about).

I'm talking about the name of the item. (I posted a pic, but it didn't stick.[8])

(And I'm trying again; it appears in my composition screen, but not in my preview, so I apologize.)

The order # just takes me to a page that thanks me for the order.

And, in fact, the "Fortress Press Paul Collection (17 vols.)" is no longer available, but the "... (16 vols.)" collection takes its place, apparently. There are many other such HTML labels in my order history. They all seem to correspond to products no longer offered in that format.

As you've discovered, if the product has been retired or reconfigured, there would be a product page available any longer. In that case you have two options, which will offer partial success*:

If you have a small or medium-sized library, you can click on the "Downloadable Libronix Files" link at the top of the page and find the order that way. It will help to have the order number ready beforehand. That will give you the titles of the resources from that order.
If you have a very large library, your Libronix page can get out of hand. In that case, go to your normal order page, and click on the order number to view the order summary. Then click on Download Instructions for Previous Versions, and then click the Unlock button. A file called update.lbxupd will download. If you open that file in notepad, you should be able to find the titles of the resources, though not in a very user-friendly format.

* The success is partial, because not all resources are available for Libronix, and therefore might not be listed.

In this case, using method (2), I determined the resources included in this collection were:

In my order history all discontinued items no longer have an active link. It makes it nearly impossible to determine what the contents were.

Thanks, Mark. I've got a large library, but option 1 fits the bill. For option 2, I can use something like Notepad++ and have it interpret this as xml and it is actually semi-readable.

And, BTW, I wasn't interested in the Fortress collection in particular, but this gives me exactly what I need!
